He has gone above and beyond, he is extremely approachable, easy to communicate with and fast to respond, and very professional at the same time. My experience with Connells so far has been great and ran smoothly, all with thanks to Jacob. I cannot recommend him enough!

Nothing was too much trouble. We found out more from them than we did from our solicitor! Niamh and Bethany, who were managing the sale, deserve a special mention as they were very helpful and always acted in a professional manner. He kept me up to date with everything that was happening from both the buying of my new property and the selling of my old property! He made the process a lot easier to deal with for me.

Maria was outstanding and was the driving force for progression in the chain, it seemed at times that everyone was going to her for information rather than their own estate agent. There’s a good chance that we wouldn’t have got it over the line in good time without her!

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He quickly understands the buyers' needs and what they are actually looking for. He then takes time to broker a transaction that will be in everybody's interest. A true old-fashioned real estate agent.
