Anup & Vinay in particular made the whole process of Letting super straightforward, stress-free and kept me updated every step of the way. Will continue using Oadby Estates and would highly recommend to anyone looking for professional, experienced and trustworthy Estate Agents in Leicester.
5th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)I've brought a few houses over the years - all through another estate agent as their service was great and when I saw a property through Alexanders I was in two minds. However, Laura Pettitt has been by far the best advisor I have ever worked with. She is so prompt with everything, constantly keeping on top of things, precide, communication is amazing, always so happy (genuinely sometimes I just called for an update to get that happiness vibe) and above all her personality. Eve whilst she was on holiday she ensured we were covered with support. She truly is a gem! I've never found viewing, putting an offer in and buying a house so smooth. Laura is a true asset to Alexanders and I really hope she is recognised for her tremendous service.

13th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Excellent service from the Newton Fallowell Rothley the branch staff kept us updated on the progress throughout after we had issues with the 1st buyer they quickly relisted the property and it sold a 2nd time without an issue. Would definitely recommend

11th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Belvoir sub let my daughter and her boyfriend an apartment that was a death trap. Had a prohibition order put on the property due to fire risk by The Leicester Fire Department. They had to evacuate. Left with no home, no compensation, no rent back and only offered half their deposit back even though they were not allowed back in to clean it. Belvoir have said its nothing to do with them. Be very careful which property you rent.

2nd Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Great experience moving in. Suitable properties were disappearing as quickly as they became available. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. Beautiful inside and well maintained. I hope more properties like this in Bradford are brought to market for people.

12th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)The team at Osprey are far ahead of the other agencies when it comes to the propoerty rental experience. I've lived in rented homes for almost 30 years and the landlord/agent is usually hard work. But not this time. A special shout out to Charlotte for her approachability, knowledge and professionalism... and also for really understanding the rental experience from both the landlord and the tenant's points of view. Highly recommend as a trusted agency.

Communication has been great and whilst there are cheaper out there, I think it's really worth the extra. Could not recommend them enough.

From the start they were very professional with excellent communication throughout the process. They did a great job with the marketing of my property and generated lots of interest and viewings.
