3rd Nov 2024 (20 weeks ago)DON’T USE FOR LETTINGS - CHECKS NOT CARRIED OUT I’ve recently purchased a property via care4 which they had managed as a letting property through a previous owner. Upon purchasing I’ve complained about 20 bin bags of old goods being left in my loft. They have obviously not checked that the tenants removed everything from the property on behalf of the last owner/landlord and this I why I would not use them and advise others to avoid doing so. Their poor checks have resulted in £££ expense and time on my part. I appreciate these things can happen and offered for them to resolve for me and not receive this review. I’ve not heard from them.

James was absolutely fantastic from first engagement, ensuring that he fully understood details of the chain before recommending an offer be accepted, through to chasing and ensuring matters progressed whilst keeping me updated on progress. I would definitely recommend.

Katie has been supportive and compassionate in times of needing repairs or help. Katie has excellent communication skills, professionalism, very responsive and thoughtful. Repairs have been completed swiftly. Very happy :-)

24th Oct 2024 (21 weeks ago)I had a terrible experience with this letting agency. My stepdaughter and her friends rented a student property, and throughout their tenancy, maintenance issues were completely ignored. The agency was impossible to get hold of, leaving the property in poor condition for months. At the end of the tenancy, they unjustly withheld the deposit, forcing the girls to go through the Deposit Protection Scheme to get it back. Thankfully, the scheme sided with them today, but it makes me wonder how many other students this agency is exploiting, hoping they won't fight back. Avoid at all costs!

3rd Mar 2025 (20 days ago)Look all that false reviews , before you decide be a tenant with this agency look and read all them reviews, doggy , unskilled staff, everything unlawfully , change tenancy agreement illegally, them old building dumpy and mouldy when you want to leave property no deposit back , all them properties around Leeds roundhay road , chapel town road , no health regulation in them property, no fire exit and safety regulations which is fully illegal

Throughout the entire process, Maddie kept me well-informed and was always available to answer any questions I had, no matter how trivial they seemed. We’ve recently sold our house with them and they have been amazing throughout. They take the effort to get to know you and everyone we’ve dealt with is personable, efficient and knowledgable, including their wider team of suppliers. The marketing was top notch and went above and beyond to get it all perfect, the same with managing the viewings and the sales progression. An absolute breath of fresh air during an otherwise stressful process.
