7th Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)I dealt with both Aimee and Sarah during a property search for my Mother. We had some pretty specific parameters to work with (bungalow/certain side of Aylesbury/open kitchen & living at the beck preferable!) and they helped us brilliantly. Their communication was prompt, professional and clearly actually tailored to us. We were dealing with 4 different estate agents in the area at times during our search and the ladies mentioned form Williams stood out. They took the time to really get to know what we wanted, and they didn’t overload us with every brochure, taking the time to ensure our tine wasn’t wasted. This was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend both Willaims Estate agent but also in particular Aimee and Sarah. Thank you both and wishing you all the very best for the future sales!

Take a moment to read my review, and I promise you won't regret it. Moving can be a tedious and lengthy process, especially when settling in a new town or country. However, my experience with Brown and Merry was remarkably smooth. After contacting several agencies and registering with many online, I shortlisted properties from Brown and Merry and other agencies. Can judge further after full sale process- 1st Mar 2025 (27 days ago)We recently sold our property and bought a new one with Connells, everyone at the Bicester Branch was always so helpful and up to date with where we were in the process. Liam and Polly were our main contacts throughout this and I couldn't fault their service, will always recommend when buying or selling!

31st Oct 2024 (21 weeks ago)If I could leave zero stars for this agency I would .Appaled how I have been treated over 4 years from this agency .They are money grabbers.Lived in aproperty with constant damp issues which never got resolved .Constant boiler issues also never resolved.My advice avoid them at all costs as they deflect always their responsibilities as an agency and never protect their tenants rather take only property owners side .

When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.

From the very beginning the communication was excellent, first of all dealing with Dom to arrange a viewing and then negotiating on the offer. We had quite a lengthy process due to solicitors and everything that comes with buying and selling in the UK. It was made a lot smoother thanks to Elliot at Lion Estates who was the sales progressor for the purchase. He helped with communication between solicitors and even assisted on our sale, this definitely eased the stress! They also took the time to arrange another viewing before completion. Everyone in the team we spoke to were very friendly, helpful and honest. I’d certainly recommend them and use them in future for selling a property.

Francis and his team are a breath of fresh air, offering a truly human and humane experience through a process which is traditionally filled with anxiety, tight deadlines and processes which often lack clarity causing additional stress. The 360 Properties team has made it all an experience which was fast, transparent and easy! Real-time progress dashboards, extremely responsive messaging back and forth and a team, that fought battles and resolved challenges for me, one after the other, sometimes without my knowing, even. What else can anyone ask for? I wholeheartedly and passionately recommend 360 Properties, Francis and his team for selling or renting your house. This is the team that you want by your side in a market where 360's competitors are just ticking boxes and quite frankly, couldn't care less as to getting the right outcome at the right time, considering all challenges that a seller or buyer may be facing.
