9th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)As a self-employed first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns so I was lucky to find Luke as a mortgage advisor. He was patiant, knowledgable, and took the time to go through all my financing options in great detail to help me understand and figure out what would be the best. I hadn't expected a mortgage advisor to be there for the entire buying process and it was very reassuring to know I had someone to answer my questions. It also worked well that, being in the same office, Luke could liase with the sales team at Brown and Merry and pass information through quickly.<br>The sales team were friendly and efficient and Maisie took me to see the property as many times as I needed. A great team who didn't pressure or rush me, but made buying my first house much more pleasant than I had thought it would be. Thank you!

In general I can say that the sales team were proactive, they took better images of the house, they did viewings at weekends (as well as week days), there was cover when our agent was on holiday. Our previous agent was more expensive, and did not offer this type of service. I recommend Michael Graham for the area surrounding Buckingham.

28th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)We had such a great experience with Ewemove Leighton Buzzard!<br>From the beginning, we were impressed that they’d don their research and presented it in a nice, easily digestible booklet for us to read. They came and took some very professional looking pictures of our house and we were on the market within 5 days of the initial meeting. Communication was fantastic with regular feedback on viewings and the team were always reachable if we had a question or were after some advice. All of their hard work resulted in a sale (STC) in just 18 days!<br>We can’t thank the team from Ewemove Leighton Buzzard enough and would highly recommend to anybody looking to sell in the area!

Clare goes above and beyond to ensure everything is actioned in a timely manner, to keep everyone in the loop, to follow up questions, sort out issues and to keep facilitating communication between all relevant parties, including the professionals. Often beyond what the job description requires. Thrown in with her professionalism is a great sense of humour.<br>There is a great support act from all the team at Peter Joys.

From my initial enquiry through completion and beyond, communication was excellent. I was kept in the loop every stage, making the process smooth and manageable.<br><br>Katherine and Carl's personal and friendly personas kept them approachable when required and swiftly returning with answers to any of my queries. Their knowledge of the Berkhamsted and surrounding areas is invaluable and enabled me to significantly understand the property I was placing an offer on.<br><br>I strongly reccomend selling/purchasing your property through Orchid estate agents if you are looking for an attentive, personal service and a great sale.<br><br>I will be working with Orchid estate agents when the time comes to selling my property.

6th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)We honestly couldn’t have asked for better support from Sharon and Amelia throughout our sale.<br><br>What should have been a fairly straightforward move turned into a much more stressful journey than we expected, with delays and complications along the way. Throughout all of it, Sharon and Amelia were absolutely brilliant. They were approachable, responsive and, most importantly, genuinely cared about getting things over the line for us.<br><br>There were times when communication between solicitors became frustrating, and having Sharon and Amelia at the other end of the phone chasing things, finding out what was happening and keeping everyone connected made a huge difference. We never felt like we were just another transaction to them.<br><br>Amelia in particular was fantastic at keeping in touch and helping us understand what was happening behind the scenes, while Sharon’s experience and support gave us a lot of reassurance when things became stressful.<br><br>After finally getting the keys and being able to look back at the whole journey, we’re incredibly grateful for everything they did for us.<br><br>Thank you Sharon and Amelia — you were a huge part of getting us into our new home and we genuinely appreciate it. ????????<br><br>Would recommend them without hesitation.

They were all incredibly professional, efficient and helpful, and their communication was excellent. They did a great job on advertising our property too. We had one private potential buyer prior to engaging AJ. Initially they lost a bidding war with several of AJ's clients, but the first buyers sadly had to withdraw. We ended up going with our private buyers and AJ was very gracious about this. We highly recommend AJ and her great team. However large or small your property, you will get a 5 star service from these lovely people.
