All the staff were brilliant and always kept in touch with my sister and I, and informed us of any problems, which were very few. I would not hesitate to use Pattinsons Estate Agents again and would certainly recommend them to any potential sellers or buyers. Thanks again Pattinsons.

When we got our product on the market we had viewing booked straight away and had an offer within about a week! The whole team were really friendly and helpful. Would use them again in the future, 100% recommend!!! Thanks to you all :-)
19th Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)I wasn’t going to write this but I think people should be aware. Back in winter from October to January, I moved into a flat rented by M L Estates. Since the first time I tried to put the heating on, it didn’t work, there was also a leak that’s caused a wide spread of mould into the apartment I was living in. You could clearly tell the issue had been ignored in the past, the door was rotten but had been painted over.This continued the entire duration of my rental period and progressively got worse, with active water coming into my apartment. I reported this back to Kay, and I was always met with hostility, they left me without any form of heating during winter, I could see my breath in the flat, even worse, the apartment had huge windows and a vent in my bedroom letting cold air from the outside in. It was awful, I was told we’ve been an estate agent for 25 years, we can fix a bit of mould, yet nothing was done and there was clearly a history of this kind of problem. I wouldn’t go near this estate agents. They were aware I was estranged university student, yes I had fallen short on rental due date, but given the current climate of the cost of living and being a student in itself, it’s difficult to navigate, this wasn’t met with much understanding, instead a constant hownding “ as she was following the landlord instruction”. My experience was gross negligence, and I would hate for someone else to be in the position. It was only when I googled how long you can leave a person without heating when I realised this situation really was terrible, if I had the funds I would of escalated it, of course they knew that though. I reported this early December, I moved out the very end of January . Just be aware if you are living alone, and don’t have much support, the estate agency is not for you.
6th Sep 2024 (3 days ago)If you have a property you wish to rent in Whitley Bay, look no further than Your Move. I my experience I have had to push agents to do their thing, but not so here. Helen Stokes, was the only agent i have experienced who shows dogged determination, enthusiasm and energy in renting your property. I never needed to chase, she sorted everything and made things easy and simple. She rented my flat at it's market value and secured me a great tenant. I will definitely be working with these guys again in the future.- 30th Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)I had 2 not so great experiences with other agents but from day 1 Angie and the team have always been there with help and advice The photos were amazing and showed the property at it's best Communication and feedback excellent and they continue to be professional moving to completion of the sale Thank you

From sale and purchase through to completion they were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Tess in particular handled our sale/purchase progression and was, without doubt, the most helpful and competent person we dealt with throughout any of the transactions. On so many occasions her knowledge helped us to keep the transactions progressing. She recognised our situation and did absolutely everything she could, going above and beyond, to support us at a very stressful time. Thanks very much!

Viewings were constant and I was kept updated all the time.- 19th Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)After many months of having 2 successive, potential buyers withdraw from the buying process (1 just before exchange of contracts), I have finally completed a sale on the third attempt. During that time, the staff at Andrew Craig have almost become my adopted family. Without exception, they have been instantly reactive in addressing any un-foreseen issues, whilst also being proactive in anticipating potential issues and moving forward to expedite matters. The staff within the Gosforth branch have felt my pain with me, comforted and advised me and have provided a personal service way beyond just selling property. Clare’s attention to detail, passion for sales and customer service is what set Northwood apart from the get go at the valuation stage. She came prepared, explained the full sales process to us as first time sellers and guided us throughout the journey. Caitlin did an outstanding job presenting the property through her photographs and online marketing including social media. This is one of the key areas that drew us to Northwood as we felt their style really fit with what we wanted. Clare worked with us on multiple offers using her expert experience to get us full asking price! We continued to get weekly catch up calls which we felt really made the process easy and enjoyable.
