Initially when we found the property we wanted to purchase our house wasn't even on the market. Isabel arranged everything for us regarding our house sale and we managed to sell it within 5 weeks of it going on the market. We were always kept informed of any changes / potential issues and she was always easily contactable. You will certainly get a more personal service here which is exactly what we wanted. Knight Frank - Excellence with the highest possible professional standards of integrity, trust and genuine care delivered by their Exeter Office team– notably Florence, Racheal, Leonie, Rebecca. In fact, the whole team. They found us two suitable buyers within a week! Their conduct was exemplary in terms of communicating, empathy, reassuring and reality – an estate agency which genuinely understands the emotions and needs of people as well as the practical aspects of selling homes. They are second to none – ‘Knights to be trusted' - professional decent agents who can effectively secure a sale with the least amount of stress. Communicating and engaging throughout the whole conveyance - always there. Keeping us informed. Knight Frank Exeter has a brilliant business ethos balancing, with integrity, the buyers and sellers’ emotions and needs to their own business purpose. To them customers really do come first. We even received a hamper from them on exchange - it is us who should be giving them a hamper! Highly recommended – I just hope we can now buy from them! Not to be trusted letting team are absolutely useless 4 years we lived with a leak!!! landlord Alec and his wife Nikki didn't care and we were told by the lettings Manager Neil we should be thankful we have a house. Even with council involved just didn't care .. Please use another letting agent AVOID at all costs you have been warned. Updated they even tried to take us for all our deposit even after 4 years of leaks mould and puddles. AVOID !!!! There should be no stars !!!!!! Luckily enough brains and dynamite ???? they accidentally put our deposit all the way through instant KARMA.. please do not trust them bunch of morons. Need to Close down let some professional rent properties to people. Avoid at all costs especially a property in Treningle View

In particular Debie Browning and also the client care and sales progressor Elle Walpole who was most helpful in getting everything completed in good time.- Stef at Miller countrywide was amazing with selling our house. Nothing was ever to much trouble Stef was brilliant with communicating with my buyer and their solictors. She was a ultimate star all the way though! Would highly recommend Miller countrywide they are very professional Team. *Always smartly dressed *Always turned up early for people to view the house to make sure everything was prefect before the viewers arrived. * A brochure of the house was given to each viewer *Was always helpfully and nothing was ever to much trouble.

We've been booking through them for a good 10 years or more, and they always go out of their way to ensure we have a great stay, whichever rental property we choose. Nothing was too much trouble and Amy was very informative. She constantly kept us in the loop at all times and was very friendly and approachable.
5th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)Not a good experience liaising with the lettings dept.Rental clients always seem to be made to feel of little value and like cattle fodder despite some of our professions and social standing being way higher than the individuals we have to deal with to look for a home.
3rd Oct 2023 (9 mo. ago)My experience was very stressful thay did not check if buyer had any funds for 4 months then realised there was no buyer.then thay refused to give back my personal papers i gave them.personall papers I gave them when I decided to change estate agents.- 27th Mar 2024 (17 weeks ago)I have had the pleasure of working with Kivells these last 6 months and I have to say that I have had nothing but the very best service from Sam and his amazing team. I live abroad and thought that trying to sell a property back home in England was going to be so difficult, however Kivells made it so increadably easy, taking all the pressures and stress off my shoulders, such an amazing experience. I would recommend Kivells to anyone, in a heart beat!! Thank you Sam and your amazing team, for helping me through what could so easily have been a very stressful time!

11th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)The Pilkington sales agent was very enthusiastic and confident and the outcome was that they achieved their valuation. However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.
