8th Jun 2025 (5 weeks ago)Honestly, I couldn’t fault them. We spent (wasted) 6 months with a different agent and changed to Fenwicks. Immediately, they were showing clients around, providing feedback and secured a sale within a short time. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and chased when things slowed down a bit. Excellent.

Kyle Wills and Oakley Evans made things very easy for me to move in very quick and help sort out changing energy providers, Water and other essentials. Always helpful when I had questions and they kept in contact during the wait time. Now settled and happy. Thanks for everything guys

I have non visible disability and was given a lift back to fareham. No other estate agents has ever been so kind and thoughtful. Well done highly appreciated and recommended. Ray cuss
24th Jun 2025 (16 days ago)From the minute I met Craig at the viewing of my new property I was so impressed with the service from Park Gate Robinson Reade. Craig listened to what was important to me, and gave me time to consider specifics in the property. He then kept me informed throughout the negotiations, he was friendly, informative and very professional. Once the sale was agreed the sales Manager Donetta took over and I have not ever received such a fantastic service. Donetta was so personable, kept me informed throughout the sales process and did everything she could to make the purchase smooth. I have dealt with many estate agents in the past and this was by far the best experience I have had. I would 100% recommend robinson reade in park gate to anyone. Thank you to you all.

The staff were always helpful and courteous and communications were frequent and clear. When I needed advice I was given it. I would have no problem recommending Chambers Agency to others.

9th Feb 2025 (22 weeks ago)Landlord charged us for not trimming a tree at the end of tenancy. Quotes we received from gardeners were between £300- £500- this was not a reasonable cost hence we left it untrimmed. We appealed with deposit protection but lost the case as 'garden was in worse state that at the beginning of tenancy'. Very disappointing. We had many tenancies before in different places and always treated flat/ house like our own and looked after it. We have never before had anything deducted from our deposit and I thought it was unreasonable to do so, I believe landlord was setting a precedent with us, I don't think any landlord would ever expect you to spend more than half of your rent to trim the tree! By the way we've seen property recently and noticed tree was completely removed- it's a shame as it was a beautiful conifer and gave a nice shade from neighbours. Shame on you SBK! We will not recommend you to anyone.

Michelle Tattersall could not have been more supportive and proactive in chasing the Seller's solicitor and our own solicitor (who caused the most problems). Highly recommend Michelle and her team.
