Their deep knowledge of the local market, coupled with their professional and friendly demeanour, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were always available to answer any questions. His timely follow up with sellers and solicitors to ensure smooth process is very professional. Nick also offered help with solicitors, movers and agents to rent out my old property. Certainly I'll reach out to Nick in the future for our next property. Highly recommend 'Quarters Residential' for the overall experience.

She has consistently found me outstanding tenants for my properties and always manages the process in an exemplary fashion. I have also had the good fortune to work alongside Becky @ Penny and Sinclair when I helped them with property management for a few months in 2023. Becky is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, driven and extremely good at her job. If you’re thinking of letting a property you won’t find anyone better to deliver the result you are looking for. 10!

The property was held by two families with continual breakdown in communications also involved with probate. This agency guided the conveyance through to the end. Five star

They supported us throughout the process and simply couldn’t have made it any easier. We have moved many times and whilst Avocado are not cheapest they are by far the best agents we have ever worked with. Thank you Dan and Neil for making it as pain free as moving ever can be.

We were purchasing a retirement apartment through Frank Schippers for my mother-in-law & due to bad timing we were due to be away though a large part of the process - Karl took care of everything including dropping round & collecting paperwork for her from solicitors & making sure MIL was taken great care of every step of the way, it was comforting to know. He also secured full asking price for her own property! And their commission fees were very good, less than others. I have to say personally I have used the two larger well know Bracknell agents before & have had unpleasant experiences on both occasions - will definitely be using Frank Schippers in the future should the need arise. Thank you!

Communication was just right....clear and helpful comms where needed but not too much! A joy to work with and feels like they truly care about their customers.
