13th Nov 2025 (2 days ago)From initial valuation to accepting an offer, Romans has been superb. Local market knowledge was excellent and the valuation accuracy was very good. As soon as we'd committed a marketing date, the team got to work booking in viewings before our listing was even fully live. We had close to a dozen booked within the first few days and an acceptable offer within 6 days of going to market! Communication has been superb, by email and by phone, with really fast response times and a very friendly, helpful attitude. Francesca's knowledge, experience and outlook gave us the confidence to commit to Romans; she has been a great support all along and has given us some really valuable advice regarding our onward purchase. Special thanks is also due to Erin and Faye, for all their efforts in securing and organising the viewings. I'd highly recommend Romans Maidenhead.

She was assiduous on my behalf, courteous, and very professional, getting answers for all my questions. She was understanding when I had to cancel an appointment at the 59th minute of the 11th hour. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

They were reassuring, professional, and went above and beyond to get our house sold quickly and at a great price. Their communication was fantastic — keeping us updated every week, even chasing the other (less helpful) agent to keep things moving. Thanks to their hard work, we didn’t lose out on our new home despite a few hiccups along the way. By the end, they felt more like friends than agents! They understood the market and and Teresa worked really collaboratively with us to get the right price and marketing together at the start of the process which gave us an amazing offer at full price. Once the offer was received, the team started proceedings, with Nick and Emma fully vetting our buyers and keep the chain on track. I was super impressed at how they kept everyone fully informed at all points. They were amazing even through the tricky points that tend to hit all sales. Huge thanks from Paul and I to all at Quarters for the professional and efficient service!!

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. 25th Sep 2025 (7 weeks ago)I rented an apartment through Frank Schippers, and would not recommend them. They provided poor service and avoided essential repairs - would avoid renting from them! Edited to add: there were multiple holes in the roof that remained unfixed and led to mould issues, damp, and a high heating bill in the winter!
