They are so much more professional than some of the competition - no lies, no games, no bull, no egos, no made up viewers, no lack of feedback, no excuses, no cancellations, no non-shows on the day. The MH team were honest, direct, professional, communicative and fun to deal with at every step. Every single viewing that was booked in showed up and we got detailed feedback from each of them. The service we received was flawless and they succeeded in securing a great sale price for our property - where other agents gave up or couldn't be bothered. When she approached Matt at the Henley office she was immediately impressed by his warm and professional manner. She felt confident that he would manage to complete the sale and with good reason as a few moths later the sale was agreed. Furthermore the experience was relatively stress free as Matt managed all parts in the chain and the process ran smoothly. She and I could not recommend this business highly enough.

He was always very helpful and professional to both myself and my buyer and ensured the whole sales process went through very smoothly. I would definitely recommend them if you are planning on either selling or renting your home in the Twyford area.

Email updates and accurate photos and listings were really useful in helping us to find appropriate properties to review. When we made an offer, Jody communicated clearly during negotiations meaning we reached agreement with the sellers swiftly. Parkers gave us good recommendations for an insurance broker and surveyor (but with no pressure to use their recommendations). In the run up to exchange, Fiona was proactive in helping us to resolve any issues as they arose and kept open communications between us, the sellers and both sets of solicitors. This support took a lot of the pain out of the process. Thanks to the Parkers team.

They kept you updated from the time of viewings, then feedback after the viewings. Lauren did the viewings and kept us informed all the way along. But in the end, after more than 2 months, we did not have a single visit and no updates or communication from them as well. She has consistently found me outstanding tenants for my properties and always manages the process in an exemplary fashion. I have also had the good fortune to work alongside Becky @ Penny and Sinclair when I helped them with property management for a few months in 2023. Becky is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, driven and extremely good at her job. If you’re thinking of letting a property you won’t find anyone better to deliver the result you are looking for. 10!
