10th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)This agent will do anything to gain a property let. Their staff lie to perspective tenants and Landlords alike. The tenant will be promised anything to sign an agreement without this being agreed by the Landlord. I unfortunately chose them to manage my property and it has been a complete nightmare. Now trying to cancel the agreement and being threatened with legal action. Whether you are a Tenant or Landlord stay well away !!!
26th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)From our first meeting with Jon when we were looking for agents to sell our home, it was clear that Hamptons seemed professional and transparent with the service they would provide and costs involved. And, whilst not the cheapest agent on the high street, they have been by far the most efficient and communicative agent we have dealt with over the past 12-yrs with 2 previous sales and buys and a probate sale. Jon and the team have proven to be cohesive and capable, indeed Jon has been an absolute star keeping track of our buyers and of our onward purchase and keeping us informed with regular calls and emails. Estate agents have been the brunt of many a bad word but we can honestly say this has by far and away been the best service we have received on what is after all a significant financial transaction and traumatic experience. We have no hesitation in recommending their services.

7th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)It has been said that moving home is one of the most stressful times in ones life Unfortunately , this experience for me and my family was not the the norm in the slightest. It took 10 months to complete many ups and downs and i didn't think it would ever happen at one point.Putting all the problems to oneside. Waterfords were my seller's estate agents. Harry Dean was able to keep us in the loop throughout the process. Communications with him was excellent. Harry went above and beyond to help, as solicitors thoroughout the chain were lacking in there communications with each other. If it wasn't for Harry's I'm not sure that I would be living here now. I can't recommend Waterfords enough. They didn't even sell our home. Harry Dean is amazing

8th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)My partner and I recently bought a property through Marc Allen and we can safely say, Marc is an excellent estate agent. In what ended up being a seven month process and a very stressful time for my partner and I. Marc went above and beyond in all areas and without his dedication and communication up until the very end, it may not have completed in time. Poppy and I would highly recommend Marc and his team to anyone buying or selling in the Hungerford area.

Sold my house so fast after being on the market previously with another estate agents for 6 months! Tom and Ethan were the main people I dealt with and they really helped every step of the way.
7th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)One month after moving, giving myself time to reflect and consider before writing this review: Dennis, Julie and the team proved to be absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of selling our Crowthorne home, pretty much managing the entire transaction, liasing frequently and closely with ourselves, our solicitors, our sellers estate agents and our buyers estate agents with warmth, compassion, assertive patience, diligence and professionalism. I can think of no criticism, constructive or otherwise, to offer (or cast) and I believe our buyers have experienced the same. Nor am I aware of anyone that I've discussed our move with that has had an experience that has come close. I have, I am and I shall continue to recommend them wholeheartedly.

From start to finish we have found the service to be excellent with very good communication and a lot of knowledge of the market to back it up. We would definitely recommend this agent.
12th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Just a generally poor experience buying a new build. They didn’t pass on vital information that meant, due to building delays, we will spend nearly £8000 more on our mortgage over the course of the 5 year fix. They never apologised or acknowledged their error and continued pressurising us to exchange when they knew of the delay and the issues it had caused us. They also continued to repeatedly send me details for random houses I “might be interested in” which were way over budget. They called me half a dozen times as “we know you are looking for a property” and were always shocked when I informed them we had exchanged on one of theirs! Having also had a poor experience with a previous sale that fell through with Cardigan branch I would honestly never use John Francis again as they just stank of incompetence.

Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

Proactive when dealing with solicitors and any issues that happened along the way. We would look to use Charlton Grace in the future, and would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

They are the worst kind of humans possible and have no empathy, they are extremely unprofessional and will find any way to get more money out of you.

(33 reviews)2nd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)We were looking for a property in Earley/lower Earley We came across many agents however for this particular property which was marketed by Whiteknights, we met their estate agent Amilcar who understood our situation and was very helpful and quick to get us not only the landlord approval and then the tenancy process started. I found Amilcar very helpful and understanding and at the same time Very professional and doing all the checks very thoroughly One particular agent in the area is asking more rent than what is marketed and is starting a price war Based on my recent experience I will recommend Whiteknights and Especially Amilcar
24th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Our first experience of using Strutt & Parker was in 2022. We had used an different agent to try sell our house for the 4 months prior but they were unsuccessful. Alice and Tom listened to what we wanted to achieve with our sale and offered information and helpful advice. We decided to let them roll out the strategy they put forward and trusted them to get the job done promptly. Alice took on the job of selling our home and gave us a very personal service, always listening to our needs and always doing her utmost to fit around us. Within a few days of the house going live on the net at the right price, we had a great deal of interest and we went under offer the following week. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again when we need an agent. Thank you S&P for all the help and hard work you put in to complete our sale in the month we required.
