They are so much more professional than some of the competition - no lies, no games, no bull, no egos, no made up viewers, no lack of feedback, no excuses, no cancellations, no non-shows on the day. The MH team were honest, direct, professional, communicative and fun to deal with at every step. Every single viewing that was booked in showed up and we got detailed feedback from each of them. The service we received was flawless and they succeeded in securing a great sale price for our property - where other agents gave up or couldn't be bothered. 22nd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)This is the most unprofessional lettings agency I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I should have known things were awry when they referred me to their sister branch to sign the contract as they didn't have a lettings agent then. The property was not cleaned before my moving in. That was the first red flag that stood out to us. Once I needed to have a leak in the kitchen sink repaired but it never happened despite my notifying Parkers Burghfield Common multiple times. They told me that they would do quarterly property inspections (which is excessive to begin with) and then said to me that they'd visit every two months. If anything, this whole experience has been the motivation I needed to keep building the deposit for my first home. Guess who I won't be buying my first home through?
23rd Jul 2024 (4 days ago)They kept us hanging on with a potential buyer who obviously wasn’t going to buy and withdrew after 6 months. We gave Downers the required 4 weeks notice they asked for, and they immediately (same day) withdrew our advert on Rightmove and took down the For Sale sign. They said we would still need to pay them if we found a buyer during that 4 weeks. We eventually sold without an estate agent.

3rd Jul 2024 (24 days ago)Simon was excellent from the first time that he visited the property. He was highly professional and talked us through the selling process. We were happy to appoint a family business in the knowledge that only Simon or Ben would be conducting the viewings. Detailed feedback was given following all viewings and the property sold quickly fetching a higher price than we had anticipated. Despite issues at the other end of the chain Simon stayed calm and kept us up to date with developments. His experience and knowledge enabled him to provide a professional and personal service. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Randalls. Thank you Simon.
18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)We moved in June 2024 with the help of James from Ewe Move Tadley and I simply cannot emphasise enough how brilliant he was throughout our whole experience. We had various estate agents come to value our house and out of all of them, James spent the most time with us and helped explain the whole process. We didn’t feel like just a number or a commission, but real people about to enter the world of moving. James spent 2 hours with us discussing what was going on in the housing market, the sales they’ve made recently and even explaining how the house buying process works. The valuation was fare and competitive too. The photos taken of the house are of such high quality which is so important when selling your house. We also had a 3D tour of the house available as well. Overall 10/10 for marketing. It did take a while to receive an offer however I put this down to putting our house on the market in November 2023. By mid January we had an offer. Then the wait whilst the solicitors did their thing. James was available pretty much whenever we needed him. Which was a lot because I’m a worrier and moving house is so stressful. James made it so much easier and was able to calm our frustrations. Some aspects of our sale were hard to swallow. And costly. But James was able to help our perspective shift from “why the fudge did we even bother?” To “yep. We’re doing it! This is ok. We will be ok!” 5 months later and our moving date finally arrived. James helped us throughout the whole journey and we couldn’t be more thankful. We have our dream home and that wouldn’t have been possible without Ewe Move. Thank you James :D
