10th May 2021 (4 years ago)Appalling experience, don't use these agents. No due diligence, no clear information, no urgency in anything they do. I've gone with other agents now having wasted 4 months on what should have been a straightforward no chain sale.

5th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Loved using Batchellor Monkhouse to sell my home. I primarily worked with Emily who was super but everyone in the office was always up to speed on developments. Great attention was taken to the photos and listing. All the agents who would show the house came round in advance to get a feel for the place. Tough market and BM delivered. Grade II* listed house with lots of quirks sold and very happy in new home.

They are always a phone call or email away to answer any questions and super friendly to deal with. Thanks again to you both.

Although they found a buyer for our property relatively quickly, the buyers solicitor was extremely slow and inefficient. However, Jane and Stuart worked hard to complete the sale and kept us informed and updated during the whole process. Their fees are extremely competitive, they are centrally located and provide an excellent service. Highly recommend.
