16th Jul 2024 (11 days ago)Absolutely awful. Undervalued and only my insistance to market at my sensible price did they and it had offers over the value. They also had their own agenda with any offers. A friend rang to enquire about my house and was told it was sold when it wasn't When I questioned them they denied it even though she had evidence. Complained but done nothing until another complaint came in they said the people involved don't work at office anymore, therefore nothing could be done. I cancelled agreement and on evening before contract finished a buyer of theirs turned up on my doorstep ( incidentally they had suggested I speak to their buyer before end of sale)

They are and always have been friendly, professional, reliable and efficient. Everything you want and need! I can’t recommend them enough and can only imagine how easy they make your lives if you’re a landlord. Every time there was a problem, they tried their best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. They were quick to reply and very professional. I have rented from Northwood before, and that was a disaster compared to Greenaway. Thank you for a nice service during my 2 years rental.

Bernice Tully represented my case for mortgage process and she was very helpful and easy to approach to discuss your queries on different stages. She was always approachable and quick in responses and advice. I highly recommend Barnard Marcus Redhill for your trusted broker and all coordination with Bank and Solicitor (where required).

Ralph James have provided excellent service throughout our 7 month transaction - Dealing with a large volume of calls and emails from me!! No query was ever too much trouble and I would recommend (and already have done) Ralph James to anyone. 5* service for a competitive fee.

We have recently secured a new property to rent through the Reigate team at Ralph James, and they were excellent! Very responsive to all communication, great customer service, all questions answered and all round lovely people! I sometimes feel it's hard to find estate/letting agents that provide a top service, but Ralph James really do! Special mention to Samantha, Sam, Henry and Didi.

We were first time buyers and are hugely appreciative of the honesty and guidance Paul gave us during the offer process, unlike many SW London agents! After our offer was accepted the 5 star service continued all the way through to completion where Paul was very helpful, professional and responsive in dealing with various matters. This resulted in a very smooth exchange/completion. We cannot thank Paul and Moveli enough!

22nd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)Our viewing was with Mr Ryan Darragh. It was the 8th house we were viewing that Saturday, needless to say we were exhausted. Almost didn’t want to make it to the viewing but dragged ourselves to it cuz Ryan had already rebooked the viewing for us after we couldn’t make it the previous evening due to delays at work. Ryan met us on the driveway and as he was opening the door to the house he said you’re going to be surprised at how deceptively large this house is. He was genuinely enthusiastic to show us the house and the enthusiasm caught onto us quickly. He took us through the little nuances in the house with so much excitement. At the end of the viewing we did not want to see anymore houses. We felt like that was the place. We are very grateful for the experience and believe Ryan deserves to know that he is exceptionally good at his job, more importantly it is evident that he loves what he does.

28th Jun 2024 (29 days ago)The result of my selling/purchase was devastating. When I saw a house of my dream I asked Luke to put my property on the market. I shared with him how much I liked that house and was ready to make an offer. I didn’t realise that I could make an offer straight away as Luke didn’t tell me that so I was waiting for a buyer. That house was gone within couple of weeks and I was extremely sad. However Luke told me I could still make an offer if I would have a buyer. Eventually I had an offer and was extremely happy but Luke said that my buyer didn’t have a buyer themselves as they just put their property on the market. I was begging him to contact a seller’s agent explaining that the seller should be aware about me, that I was ready for bidding and it was by law that every offer should be told to a seller. He refused to do it. The next time I called again begging him to contact the seller he agreed to find out how long it was left before the exchange of contracts and would let me know saying quite promising “Leave it with me”. Of course I trusted him. How could I not? I thought it was in my agent’s interest to sell my house. Therefore as he was silent I thought that I had time, he spoke to the seller and there is nothing new to say. After two and a half weeks when I called Luke again it appeared that he still didn’t let the seller know that I existed and that I was eager to buy that house. He kept saying the same things and I decided to write to the seller’s agent myself just to find out that the house was sold a day before and I was late. I was absolutely in tears! Another sad thing was that Luke actually knew that it was at least 4 years of my wait for a right house to come in my area which is small. That news left me with constant depression. My friends and my family were trying to help me to recover and return to that always been a positive person but I just lost all my hope. Very unprofessional and illegal. That was what I was constantly told by others when telling them my sad story.
