4th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)The agent was nice enough and enthusiastic, but I do not think they vet their buyers correctly. Lots of viewings followed by pointless feedback and buyer observations which should have been discussed before the viewings to save time. 3 months - no sale.

They have been friendly, honest, organised, on the ball and courteous at all times. Recommended.
I have to say from day one De Scotia has been absolutely fantastic. The team has been so professional delivering a real quality service. All my requests and very minor issues raised has been answered in a very timely manner which is extremely appreciated. Not only is the team very professional, they're also very polite and friendly which goes along way. As a whole my experience has been excellent. Keep up the great work!

21st Nov 2017 (6 years ago)I highly recommend the estate agents, Harding Green. They have detailed local knowledge and a great deal of experience. Their approach is practical and flexible, and they are excellent at communicating with the client during the sale or purchase process. I put my house on the market in October, knowing that the present Kensington market is slow at the moment. Nevertheless, as they had predicted, within three weeks they had a purchaser for my house, and at a very acceptable price. Matthew Alexander was the agent in charge of my sale, and I cannot recommend him too highly.
