There were a few bumps along the road with the legal process, but Cathy in the sales progression team was constantly on the ball, chasing everyone and making sure we completed before Christmas. Not only did they help keep our buyers happy and patient but they also consulted on our onward purchase and went above and beyond many times giving their expert advice on the market, negotiating and more. It was great to know you had someone on your side in something that can often be intimidating and frustrating. Jen was handling our case and she was great throughout. Richard was very professional on our first meeting, no hard-selling, just honesty and very helpful practical advice. Brenda was fantastic at keeping the sale moving and keeping us informed about what was happening. Our property went immediately as they had someone in mind who would like it. Would definitely recommend Catford Hunters to anyone selling a property.

The team have been fantastic across both the lettings and sales sides and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in the area. They were instrumental in getting the sale over the line, assisting with coordinating quotes from contractors following the survey and keeping both myself and the buyer fully informed throughout the process.

The flat was incredibly comfortable and peaceful, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. One of the standout features of my experience was the responsiveness of the letting agent. Their efficiency and dedication to my satisfaction were truly impressive. The staff at Comber and Co are excellent and proactive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Their professionalism made the renting process seamless and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Comber and Co for anyone looking for a reliable letting agent. My time at 13 Halley Gardens has been wonderful, and I appreciate all the support from the team! My best place of stay while in London.

25th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Unpleasant experience with them. The entire process is lengthy and inconvenient. Distress won't end if you are with them. Negligible support during tenancy, worst and super delayed tenancy deposit return process (although the landlord agreed long ago). Extremely poor communication and lack of clarity about the process, and they only respond when you nudge them to follow up on your case. Overall a 'minus' 1 star experience in terms of the service. I would recommend other capable and efficient agents if you are looking for a stress-free experience.

26th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)I would not recommend originally rung up and told there were more than one interested in property and that X was was best option as he had the money in place and was just waiting for money to arrive from parents. He put in an offer and asked me to take it off the market for two weeks so that he would have the money and we agreed on around 25 Feb on the basis that this would be a quick sale and was expecting that contracts could be exchanged by the beginning of May. I signed my part of the contract on 7 may and after that constant false promises about X being ready to exchange contracts - do not know who was lying client X / client solicitor/estate agent but it turns out X had a flat to sell and that there were problems with the lease on his flat and after many false promises contracts were not exchanged until the beginning of August. At the end of the day I do not know who was lying but had I known at the outset that he had a property to sell then I would have considered the other interested parties and their offers and had I known in early May he had issues with the lease on his property I would have re marketed the property On 31 July 19 days before sale was told "you will now begin to hear from our Sales Support Manager, Sandra. She will introduce herself shortly and will be your primary point of contact moving forward .......She will be in touch regularly" I did not receive any call from this lady at all regular communication with the estate agent was also far from perfect on occasions with calls emails not returned/replied

Whilst many other estate agents are full of hot air, patronising and have no clue what they are doing, Jo and her team stand out from the crowd by being genuine, friendly, easily contactable and really good at their jobs. No overpromising or under delivering, Hestia’s know the business in and out and we felt in safe hands. They have a great eye for property and their photography is on point. We would happily buy or sell with Hestia’s again.

2nd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I was unable to sell my flat for around a year with the mainstream estate agents but on our third attempt we decided to go with Pullen estate agents and sold within 4 weeks. Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!
