They kept us in he cycle with constat and persistent communications by emails and calls back and forth between us the the seller. The whole process took about 7 weekscin total since we started the process(much faster than expected)

Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. From first viewing to completion, they have been friendly and warm, they've listened to my needs and questions, and they've supported me throughout the entire process. Demi's swift response to all my emails was first class and she always took the trouble to check that I had another point of contact if she was on leave over the summer. I cannot thank you enough for showing me what would be my future home early in my house search, for remembering my interest and getting back to me about it, and for your care and communications throughout the conveyancing process.

21st Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)I was thrilled to discover that Your Move still existed on the high street of Eltham after over 20yrs of dealing with them. This gave me the assurance i needed to engage them again. I walked in and introduced myself to Filipe and he listened to attentively to my needs and requirements. Such an amazing agent and team with attention to detail and ever willing to help out with advice, local contacts and any property related questions. Their rates are very acceptable, their local expertise is spot on and the sales process very transparent. Filipe was consistently in touch, pro active and always had a Plan B in place for me. I wish i could steal his contacts list, professionalism and calm demeanour! Overall, Your Move and Filipe come highly recommended.

8th Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)Robinson Jackson (RJ) acted as the agents on the house that we purchased recently. From first contact they were very approachable and friendly. We viewed the property twice and didn't feel pressured in anyway either time. RJ answered all our queries and made suggestions about the potential of the property. Once our offer was accepted they guided us through the process and helped us in anyway they could including giving us time to take builders in for quotes etc Really good service and a special mention for Angharad who kept us up to date through out the process and was friendly, calm and professional through out.

25th Sep 2024 (17 weeks ago)Quality 0 they not say before the visit was a repossession and balif envoled than every day I received a call from mortage company but they only want cash buyer than they waste time of all the finance. When I ask to all the info basic legal info they disappear I waiting the document for 3 weeks and never received Im happy I not pay deposit total waste of time on the day of the visit the price on the paper was put up of extra10k I never had a manager call me YOO BRO… and when I ask specific legal document from the repossession before I spent money everyone disappears if you are not expert in law please before spent 1£ ask to a solicitor, because here they consider you like a stupid person.. and always try to still money … After I and my list of 7 legal document and the EMAIL OF OFFERT ON THE PROPERTY THEY DISAPPEARED… I’m happy I not send them 130.000£ on the day of the view please be far away from this companies
14th Oct 2024 (14 weeks ago)5 years on and I used Mark again to find a tenant and he and the team delivered again! They were brilliant again and found me yet another fantastic tenant! I cannot recommend this team enough. Mark has exceptionally good judgment and people skills and he seems to always under promise and over deliver. He is incredibly easy to work with, respectful of both landlords and tenants, listens to your needs, then goes out and finds super tenants. They whole team pulled together to make it happen and I cannot thank them enough. This is another review I wrote 5 years ago and it is still standing: I was in fact not planning on ever using David Evans as I find their shop window displays a bit old fashioned, but when I invited Mark along to get a third quote when I was having my house valued, he made me change my mind as he seemed such a nice and decent person. So when I decided to let the house instead of selling it, he was my first choice. Even though his rental price suggestion wasn't the highest, my priority is to have long term trouble free tenants, so I went with him. He listened carefully to my brief and took his time to find the right tenant and came up trumps. He found me a brilliant set of tenants! Mark is a thoroughly decent person who works as hard for you as he would for himself. He prioritises giving excellent service and building long term relationships with people, and that is fairly rare in this business. I have been buying, selling and letting for 25 years now and Mark is the best person in the business I have ever dealt with. Thoroughly trustworthy and highly recommended!

Flat was listed for just over a week and after a handful of viewings we had a strong offer from a cash buyer. Easy to work and communicate with, would fully recommend!

However JDM were very consistent and always did their best to help me sell my first property and walk me through the process step by step. The agents were great to deal with, kept me updated throughout pre and post sale. I definitely recommend working with JDM if you need to sell your property in London!

18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
