His hard work was invaluable in resolving problems and facilitating good communication between different parties. Much appreciated.

18th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)I didn't have a perfect experience with Franklyn James in terms if number of viewings although they were quick to advertise the property and the listing was strong. The market was incredibly slow too so it's hard to say if any other agent would have performed better.

As a first-time homebuyers, we had numerous question that Neel promptly provided answer to. Neel made the entire process easy to understand. I highly recommend Neel and home2u agency.
4th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)The agent was nice enough and enthusiastic, but I do not think they vet their buyers correctly. Lots of viewings followed by pointless feedback and buyer observations which should have been discussed before the viewings to save time. 3 months - no sale.

17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

We found Dawn, Suzanne and their colleagues to be extremely proffessional and reacted efficiently whenever an issue ensued. I would highly reccommend Comber and Co to any Landlord's who are looking for assistance in letting and managing their properties out in the Blackheath/London Area. Kind regards, Jamal
30th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)We have used Mark Beaumont and his team for both renting our property (for two years) and for selling it (this year), and do not have a word of complaint for their work in either area. They have been friendly, honest, organised, on the ball and courteous at all times. Recommended.
15th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Lyon LACKS the professionalism, communication, timeliness and responsibility towards its clients. As a buyer, i was left hanging and disappointed and if I were a seller, I doubt I would list my property with this irresponsible company. 20th Mar - I called to enquire on a 2 Bedroom flat posted on Zoopla. Call answered promptly by Gaurav Sekri and viewing appointment was made for the 22nd Mar 12:15PM with Rahool Sekri. 22nd Mar - I arrived promptly for the viewing and was made to wait for close to 30 minutes. Rahool lacked professionalism and was not apologetic at all for arriving late – there was neither a text/email to say that he was delayed. 23rd Mar - I put the offer for the flat via email. No reply or acknowledgement 25th Mar - I sent an email for a follow up on the offer. Rahool replied with a confirmation. 28th Mar - I sent an email to check on the update on my offer. Rahool replied for me to call which i did. I was told that he would provide an update on 5th Apr. The expectation from Rahool was for me to share if had found something and my expectation was the same for Lyon to share an update on my offer. 5th Apr - As there was no email/call from Rahool, i called Rahool hoping to get an update. My call was rejected and i received a text message that he will give me a call back. No call back received. 8th Apr - I sent an email for a follow up on the offer. Till date, I have not received any reply. I have concluded that my offer was potentially rejected by the seller however there should have been some form of communication from Lyon. It is irresponsible and unacceptable to leave clients hanging. They have lost a potential client and if i were you, i would not use Lyon! Stay away!
30th Mar 2020 (4 years ago)Subject : selling a long lease flat In a Victorian 4 flat building building .Share of freehold . The most shambolic sale I ever ever encountered. They favoured my buyer over me at every turn . I felt lost. No words can say .The delays caused by terrible solicitors ( recommenced by peter james to my buyer) , then on top of that the mortgage found by Peter james recommended broker for my buyer meant 2 solicitors for her alone !!! Both useless . My solicitor was excellent and thankfully not recommended by peter james! Both deny getting my info . Then say we got it . Then weeks / months pass by with denials of receiving things ! They sent us their office inventory of mail and they received everything on the day we sent it but above it said “ not received . Give me strength ! Finally my ID of freeholders in my building for eX change became out of date.due to the chronic delays due to the denials of info received . Then they blamed me -their client ( !!!) -for the Delay then I pulled out. It was all my fault about the ID . I resolved it in a day . But then couldn’t get through to them . That was their last words to me “ it’s your solicitors fault “. I withdrew my sale on exchange . I’m not paying MY estate agent 5 k to be useless
26th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)The tenants below me rent via Westmount. The tenants thought they could run a wire across my front door step and this agency agreed with them. Clearly don’t know what the legalities are because the two joint leaseholders asked for it be changed when I said it was in the way and put there without my permission. If anyone thinks this image is ok I’d be shocked. The tennants and Westmount were adamant it could stay like that. I had to waste my time calling the leaseholders to get it changed - who agreed this is not sustainable for the long term. The staff at Westmount were rude and if I were to let my property out I wouldn’t use them.

8th Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)The staff are friendly and explained the process of purchasing a property in minute details. The gentleman who explained the whole process has a thorough knowledge of Property dealings.I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to buy a property.
From start to finish we were looked after by Cory. We gave him the details of what we were looking for and he delivered immediately - man knows his stuff. Gave us enough information that we didn’t really need to ask any questions! Those we did ask he answered, regardless of the time of day or if it was bank holiday weekend (thanks for that).

20th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.
2nd Jan 2024 (20 weeks ago)This is an estate agent on another level. Instead of going for the same kind of corporate, profit driven, pushy stereotype that we have all come to know (and loathe) the team at Hestia’s are the opposite. Their focus is on individuals, they want to really get to know and help people. The people who’s houses they are tasked with selling but also the people who want to buy them. We instinctively got on well with the team from our first meeting and it was just a pleasure working with them. Conversations were always professional and productive, but most importantly they were conversations and at no point did we feel dictated to. Viewings were handled respectfully; communication was great with plenty of notice at every turn and they found perfect buyers for our home. As with any process there were complications, but Hestia’s made a huge effort to help us and our buyer overcome these issues which made everything work in the end. In short without their help, we would not have been able to move when we did. I would not hesitate in recommending Hestia’s to anyone trying to sell their home in South London. They are brilliant and we can’t thank them enough for the effort they put in.

I have sold and bought a lot of properties and this was the best service I have ever received. I was a buyer this time but I would have 100% confidence in selling a property with Vantage Residential. I received a one to one service which makes you feel you're in safe hands and the most important client with communication that can not be faulted. Problems solved and all in a very kind and calm way I can't recommend highly enough.
