24th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I would really recommend Reside, they have been so helpful and supportive, in particular Vicky in the office who has gone above and beyond in progressing the sale of my house. It’s a real find to find an honest lovely estate agent with such a super helpful team!
15th Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)I wasn't overly impressed by the estate agent. While they were upfront about the market and the difficulty in selling, I don't believe they were actively engaged in the marketing of the property. While presence for viewings, I felt that the agent showing lack knowledge of the properly and area with the owners really providing the viewing. When recieving an offer, there was an underlying pressure to accept a bid which was well below our expectations and only through our push back we were able to get a more satisfactory offer. Something I don't think we could have got with the guidance of the estate agent

12th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I had a very positive experience with blue field estates. In 2020 opted a multi sale for my property for sale. The agent was extremely helpful, nice, knowledgeable. Brought to me 2 buyers. I was selling and he happened to have me 2 buyers, so the other negative reviews is pretty much damn, unfortunate. I am so sorry. The agent was brilliant to us.
27th Mar 2021 (4 years ago)I generally had a good experience with this agency. Solving problems and making inquiries were always smooth. However, one of their agents (Ebony) brought a potential new tenant to visit my flat without my permission, when I was on holidays. I did not appreciate that and she never apologised, just ignored my emails.... I contacted Edward who apologised later. I have also explicitly asked to keep my letters during the transition period but never got any information about them, even knowing that some letters have arrived (got simultaneously by email). This was not nice given that I kept returning all letters for the previous tenant for a year when I moved in.
7th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)I cannot recommend Brown and Brooke enough. From the initial recommendations to being tenants with them for almost 3 years the experience has been exceptional. Cameron was our contact and he was efficient, professional and always responsive. As a landlord myself in another country, I genuinely wish we had him managing our property there, as good realtors are hard to find. When I visit for business they will be my first port of call even for temporary accommodation, as they have my trust. Thank you Cameron and Brown and Brooke.

22nd Oct 2025 (19 weeks ago)I recently dealt with them regarding a property in the Colorado development and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was always swift, clear and transparent and every interaction felt professional yet genuinely friendly. Mark was particularly helpful and he kept me updated at every stage, explained all options openly and went out of his way to find suitable alternatives when circumstances changed. When it became clear that the original flat might not be available, the agency handled everything with complete honesty and refunded my holding deposit immediately in less than 12h something that really reflects their integrity and efficiency. It’s rare to come across an agency that combines professionalism with such a personal, approachable attitude. I’ll definitely be back in touch with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, transparent and friendly lettings team.
26th Sep 2025 (23 weeks ago)Recently worked with Heath Estates on a rental transaction. Unfortunately, there was a complication. Never wanted, but these things happen in life. Sue, Sarah and the team handled the issue quickly, graciously and with the utmost integrity. They made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and I would not hesitate to recommend this agency.

22nd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)If I could give 0 star, I would. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, cheap & discriminative service that this agency provides. Home owners pay them to have a part of full service. The tenants will have to deal with their own reference checks etc. as the agency is washing their hands when it comes to doing anything that they are getting paid for. After being passed onto a referencing agency who couldn't do their job properly, (which I now believe happened in collaboration with the agent of DPR as they didn't want to give us the flat ) we've been asked to get in touch with a 3rd party agency to sort out the problem. Why would you use two 3rd parties to do your reference checks? Later on the agent made is seem like it was all our fault (that their agency couldn't reference us properly) and they ahed contacted the landlord and suggested him not to go ahead with us. In all honesty, you guys better make a call to Trading Standards as well - I reported them already.The more of us the better.

From the moment I began the process of selling my property, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and consistently reassuring. They kept me informed at every stage, addressed all my questions promptly, and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire journey. Their professionalism and dedication were evident in every interaction. It’s rare to find a service that combines efficiency, genuine care, and excellent communication, but Mark and his team delivered all of that and more. The service was truly first class, and I would happily return to Mark Beaumont for any future property needs without hesitation.

29th Sep 2025 (23 weeks ago)Recently brought a property through Charringtons and I genuinely found them to be very polite, professional, honest and informative throughout the process. I speak as someone with above average knowledge of the industry and they provided exactly what I requested or were transparent when it wasn't possible along with reasoning and proposed work around. I would also say that they got the balance right between advocating for myself as the buyer, the seller and getting the sale over the line with expediency. There were multiple issues with this exchange that needed ironing out and they were able to effectively liaise between the buyer and seller to attain progress and at no extra cost to the seller via paying for another seller's pack. They were also able to assist with myself getting the keys to the garage before exchange completion which was a bit of a life saver as we were getting turfed out of our current property the week before. They were also able provide updates more promptly than our solicitors, particularly at the end as we were waiting for tenants occupying the property to vacate, which I believe they were managing also and assisted in finding them another property. I would also add that we settled on a price below the (high) asking price but still reasonable for the seller IMO (I feel I could have low balled in the current market if I was able to be sufficiently patient, so what we settled in I'd say is slightly above the market price). So a special thank you to Michael & Co at Charringtons and I would highly recommend to anyone buying/selling/letting/renting. Plus it helps that they are all good/friendly people too.
28th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)I support the feedback submitted previously about the inability to get in touch with the agents. I've called the reception 5 days in a row about arranging a viewing of a flat and I'm still expecting that some magic will happen and someone will finally call me back. I've highlighted that I had seen the development before and pretty much ready to make an offer for the flat but it's ridiculous that I just can't get in touch with anyone from the team to arrange this!

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

5th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.

11th Feb 2026 (24 days ago)We sold our house in Buckhurst Hill. Alter and Cope helped immensely throughout the process. They were extremely helpful with the initial valuation and we always got feedback from viewings. They were also on hand to accommodate us logistically for the viewings. After we found the buyer they were always responsive and helpful to any questions we had. A sale can be stressful but they made our lives a lot easier with constant, helpful and responsive communication. 10/10
