22nd Feb 2025 (9 weeks ago)Avoid John Payne - acorn completely Dishonest and Unprofessional I strongly advise against using Acorns Property /John Payne estate ! They have refused to return my £1,500 deposit for 51 Gilbert Close since January 3rd, 2025, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, they resort to gaslighting and deceit. The person handling my case, Georgina, is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and emotionally unstable. She snaps at tenants, dismisses valid concerns, and is clearly not fit for her role. Rather than resolving issues, she gaslights and makes the process as frustrating as possible. This estate agency is full of liars who do not care about their tenants. Save yourself the stress and go with a reputable, trustworthy agency—there are far better options out there! Avoid at all costs.

Their customer service is excellent and very different to the experience I have had with most other estate agents. They really made us feel like they care and are invested in our sale and I really appreciated their honesty and how down to earth they are. They navigated tricky parts of the sale well and remained professional throughout. Dealing with the same people from start to finish really makes a different too. I don't have a bad word to say and I couldn't recommend more!

1st Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Worked with Jack at Stanfords Hither Green to sell my house. He was very good at following up, organising visits, negotiate and gave some good advice at every stage. It's a long and stressful process and having a good estate agent is really important.
23rd Apr 2024 (1 year ago)During my recent search for a new flat, Aiicja has been absolutely helpful, and of great assistance, from day one, in every property she has organized a viewing for me. Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. From the first time I got in touch with her to initially see a different property till the day we exchanged the contract, she was super proactive, quick in responses, checks on you for the next steps even before you ask her. She’s been so seamless in communication between me and the vendor and she’s chased all sides for me including my sales agent herself to ensure everything is lined up. Cannot recommend Kat enough to anyone considering any type of property transactions.

They marketed the property very well, took great photographs (even swept up the back yard!) and got a lot of viewings booked in on the opening weekend. More than anything they communicated with us well, replying to e-mails at all hours, and really pushed the solicitors on both sides to get the sale completed quickly. I would happily recommend them to anybody in the area.
