The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.

5th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)After months of very frustrating house hunting experiences with numerous estate agents in south London, we viewed and offered on a house listed with Bryan and Keegan. Jamie Dalton was the agent who managed our purchase. Jamie was exceptional from start to completion. He was the most proactive, efficient agent. He helped us navigate a couple of tricky aspects with the sellers with great diplomacy. He supported them in obtaining documents from the council and in responding to our concerns from the survey. He was an excellent communicator who promptly replied to emails and calls and liaised well with our solicitor. He let nothing slip. Jamie was also very pleasant to deal with. Clearly, he has a wealth of experience and skills and was very committed to the process. I highly recommend him and his agency.

Originally had viewings scheduled a couple of months ago with him and was very happy to find out I had been allocated to him again as he was very helpful and patient. 28th Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)Fuse box was burning and nothing was done after reporting several times, had to call fire brigade 2 days later, whereby they confirmed it was still a massive fire risk (Truepennys did not act when 15 people’s lives were at risk due to a serious fire hazard). I was put in a temporary room with no power, light, heating during cold temperatures outside (I was freezing - -1 degrees outside) - and instead of helping they ceased to act on my behalf, and cancelled the contract. This left me with no one to communicate with, as they refused to speak to me on the phone from thereon after. I was left in a flat with no power and me and my girlfriend had to sleep at a friend’s house, as it did not seem safe but TruePennys didn’t care. The directors refused to speak to me after agreeing to call me back 5 times - truly shameful and Truepennys should be really disappointed with how they treat people. They never reply on emails or on the phone. They are now refusing to release my security deposit and ignoring emails. This along with mice issues, bathroom smells and dodgy fridges and ovens which were reported for the entirety of our tenancy and nothing was done. However, not responding to a life threatening incident is disgusting by all accounts.

They produced high quality photographs and video content which acquired an impressive reach on Instagram. They were friendly, professional and easy to contact and the progress of the sale was effectively handled by Katrina. We would wholeheartedly recommend them!

This year, my letting agent Amelia Wright found me a new tenant super quickly and handled all the details of the tenancy process seamlessly. My appreciation and thanks go to her, to Joyce Zheng for her tireless work dealing the tenants on moving in issues, and generally to Mark, Maria and the rest of the Benham & Reeves team for their attentive service.

They masterminded and managed preparing my two bed flat for sale (including finding and coordinating various contractors), recommended a great solicitor, valued the property realistically and then pulled in multiple offers (at and above the asking price) in a matter of days. They kept in touch throughout and dealt with a difficult buyer and their more difficult solicitor with good grace and efficiency. I’d give ten stars if I could!
