He’s very knowledgeable about the area and his advise was genuine and helpful. Tina was v good as well in the purchase process as a progressor and helped speed along and make the process go smoother

19th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)It was great to have Jenna as our estate agent for this house purchase and I cannot recommend her highly enough. We had a very stressful move, with three house purchases falling down late in the process before finally completing on this house, so we had experience of a lot of estate agents in South East London. I can confidently say that Jenna is the best of the lot and its not even close. We found with most estate agents, as they are paid by the seller, they have little concern for the buyer. We had several agents mess us around, deliberately mislead us, or keep information from us that led to us wasting both time and money, but Jenna was always sympathetic to our situation, was happy to do anything we asked and always did thinks quickly, and kept us immediately informed of any updates. It really felt like she was on our side, and we could trust her, which was really important to us after so many failed purchases. Thank you Jenna for everything and keep doing what you're doing!

Every member of the team was friendly, efficient, and professional. They took my calls, speedily answered my emails, and were supportive throughout. They helped make the stressful experience of selling my home so much easier. Chris, Will and Max were all very professional, responsive and helpful throughout. Our house sale was completed quickly with no dramas, at the price we expected and with a competitive commission rate. We thought the quality of the marketing was excellent, and also the manner in which the team kept us updated on viewings and feedback was second to none. It was also pleasing to hear the buyers saying the same about them, despite it being clear that their agent (Conrans) was less than responsive and helpful at times. Would thoroughly recommend.
