Particular shoutout to Callum, who was always tuned in and played an enormous role in driving communication and mediating any issues that arose. If we ever move again, we are definitely picking Hamptons as our agents!

16th Oct 2024 (23 weeks ago)My sale hasn’t completed yet, but after a year of trying to sell with Purple Bricks, who were abysmal, I have a good offer after four weeks and so far everything is going smoothly. The team at Winkworth’s is friendly, engaging and knowledgeable, and they do what they say they say they’re going to do. Would recommend.

6th Mar 2025 (22 days ago)Very efficient, they work and get things done fast, very good communication, regular email and phone updates, good and fast email feedback after every viewing. Reasonable sale fee, cheaper than other agents. Valuation was a bit off, was lower than what was achieved but on the plus side they do not give out unrealistic high valuations just to reel someone in to choose them.

16th Oct 2024 (23 weeks ago)I dealt with various members of Samuel Estates but it was initially Dan Jumeau who was my contact point. Dan was always polite, helpful and informative when it came to re-letting out my flat which was in a bad state and in need of a complete refurb. Dan provided me with contact numbers of companies who could do the work and would follow-up with me as well. Dan took a large quantity of photos of the inside of the flat when it was empty as I could not visit. I felt he very much went the extra mile. I much appreciated his help in turning the flat around into a lettable state and would highly recommend Dan.

5th Nov 2024 (20 weeks ago)Yes, Very Good, have Landlords overheads very much at heart. Answer phone promptly & politely, always return calls (makes a welcome change) Recommended, also Audit Trail paperwork sent promptly at months end, no need to nag repeatedly.
4th Feb 2025 (7 weeks ago)Just sold our property with Eaton Green with their Denmark hill office, can’t fault them, we found all the staff very helpful and friendly. Osman was advisory but we made our own decisions. All good. Would recommend.

I had spoken to him on the phone first and felt comfortable talking to him We had an open day on Saturday and today is Thursday and have got more than the asking price. Honestly I would recommend presidential estates 100% Thank you Stuart
