1st Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)The agent harasses me! My neighbor used this agency to sell his property. According to him, the experience of selling his property through this agency has been a complete nightmare. Despite the promises made by the agency regarding a 28-day completion and a cash buyer, my neighbor has faced continuous delays. The seller said the highly recommended cash buyer persistently renegotiates the price even after three months, citing various excuses. Additionally, I have experienced harassment from Sam Ford, the agency's director. He warned me not to knock on my neighbor's door. Despite my reluctance to answer his calls, he persists in writing email warning me not to contact my neighbor and attempting to provoke my relationship with my neighbor. He had previously shared my number with his business partner without my permission, resulting in that person emailing me at midnight and making multiple late evening calls. I have reported Sam Ford to prevent further harassment. It is crucial for Mr. Ford to understand who him is and where he is. This is a free country, and attempting to restrict my freedom of movement through email is unacceptable. Secondly, if property owners or tenants feel uncomfortable, they should report such matters themselves. Mr. Ford has no contractual relationship with them at this time. Therefore, the motivation behind Sam harassing me remains unclear

I brought my house from them many years ago and when it came time to move, Doug immediately understood the brief and suggested ways to help. Communication was excellent and Doug went above and beyond what I would expect from an estate agent. I felt completely in the loop on all aspects of the selling and exchange / completing. Thank you Doug and team!

5th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)Worst estate agent I have dealt with. Extremely poor communication. They need to take a lesson on listening instead of speaking over someone. If you want a team of proactive people then sadly this isn't what you will get. They are happy to take a monthly fee but when work needs doing you can forget it.

The agents are responsive, patient and excellent problem solvers. Special shout out to Kat and Joe who have been hugely helpful during the process. We would definitely recommend them to other local property buyers or sellers.

They also found a property for me and my family which we needed within a week. They organised and carried out all jobs for us and managed every detail. This would have been so very stressful for us to manage. I can honestly say that this is a five star agency You will not regret using Hunt they are experts and a wonderful group of friendly property managers to deal with We cannot thank you enough we are so happy in our new home.

He was very supportive throughout the whole time of the sale, even in the period before we actually decided to go ahead, providing market updates and advice. Very professional, yet friendly and approachable, he made us feel reassured at all times. I would highly recommend given the excellent co-operation and service we received.

20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.
3rd Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)I bought my first home through Langford Russell. Nathan Robinson was very helpful throughout the journey. He was always available to give us access to the property during the sale as we required multiple contractors to give us a quote for refurbishment as soon as we get the keys. On one occassion Nathan came down on Sunday (non working day for him). Seller side solicitors were not very prompt and that became a big problem because we had to complete within certain time due to various factors. Nathan was continously working to resolve all outstanding queries. So overall we are very happy with his services and would recommend.
2nd Apr 2024 (30 days ago)I have found working with Scott and all at JDM Eltham a very positive experience. They showed care consideration and support throughout the process. They stood out above other agents we also talked to, and this encouraged us to choose JDM in the first place. The high customer service they demonstrated continued through out the process.

My son is moving to the UK from South Africa on a 3 year contract. We saw an apartment he liked and sent Jack an enquiry. He replied almost immediately and so began the journey … He guided us through the incredibly daunting process of renting property in a foreign country. Nothing was too much effort for him. Jack was incredibly supportive throughout the process and did not give up on us when we were unable to provide the information he required - he managed to get it on our behalf. He was simply exceptional and an absolute gentleman! I would highly recommend him.
