They have been amazing, so personal and responsive, and they have been all round an absolute pleasure to work with. We have been particularly impressed with their professionalism but also their customer service which has been exceptional. 2nd Dec 2022 (1 year ago)Sandy Gorton handled the renting of the property and was superb from the word 'go'. He had people round, he chased up to see how interested they were and if they weren;t, why not. His communication with me was excellent. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and, quite honestly, he was like a Knight in shining armour. It did not take him long to find us a tenant and we are very grateful for his hard work, perseverance and charm.

He will promise everything in the beginning to get the listing, once he get the deal then he disappears from the loop. Please use other agency, this whole team is a night mare.

I cannot say enough good things about Mather Estates Agency. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. One person in particular who stood out was Hayley. She was always available to answer any questions I had, no matter how big or small. Her patience and knowledge made the whole experience stress-free.

But with Wright’s, I had my own flat within two weeks. They were efficient, helpful, organized, professional, and friendly. Louise was great and any time I needed help or had any questions, she responded almost right away. I would recommend Wright’s to anyone looking to rent a flat in the area.- 18th Jul 2024 (9 days ago)Very poor customer service. On 15th of July I arranged viewing for properly that was for sale. Sharon Knight said that viewing is not possible sooner than 19th of July. Sellers are not available. I waited the whole week to receive a message from Sharon a day before the viewing that my booking is cancelled because there will be an offer on the table. WHAT THE HECK? This brand and Sharon is SCAM!
17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)I just wanted to leave a quick review to say how great India and Charlotte were in helping myself and my daughter find our lovely home. They were both fantastic, informative and very supportive throughout the whole process, a process which was quick but thorough. Always available when I had a question to ask, If India was out of the office, Charlotte was there to assist straight away and visa versa. I would highly recommend William H brown if you are looking to rent a property. Thank you for such great customer service! ?

Not only I think he disclosed confidential details that I mentioned to him to another agency, that's why I received some strange calls today but is full of himself and you can see from his behaviour that he's a ruthless person and will do anything for the sake of winning an extra penny. He is not using neither lawful nor ethical means of real estate tactics, he acts like a crook instead. He keeps on talking, looking so arrogant and superior to people, like he's doing you a favour only by talking to you. But he lies a lot, he thinks he knows everything when he knows the contrary. And he forgets that he makes a living with his actual/potential customers' money. I know most people are dishonest but he's one of the nastiest I ever met. And if you disagree or tell him something he dislikes, he doesn't even reply to your email anymore. I have met his son too who's an extraordinary person, polite and friendly and seems to be very knowledgeable, although he's very young. He should be the one running the business as he's got both ethics and morals, unlike the father.

Their professionalism, service, attentiveness, responsiveness and attention to detail is more than I ever thought I'd get from them as letting agents. They put in effort with viewings and found a great tenant for my house. I'd advise any landlord going with them. There is a reason why they have the best Google reviews of any lettings agent in Stevenage!

Nick was hugely knowledgeable, respectful and supportive at every stage, and always kept us up-to-date as things progressed. Based on our experience of their professionalism, standard of service and results, we cannot recommend Wellington Evans strongly enough. When Nick first visited our home, we were immediately impressed with the care and attention he gave our property. He was realistic and honest, and explained the current market and how he would approach selling our house. By the end of the visit, we knew we could trust him to deliver a five star experience - and we weren’t wrong. Nick was consistently engaged and on-hand for our questions and to explain the intricacies of the sale process. Through the strategy he put together for marketing our property, the managing of viewings and the offers we received, it was obvious that Nick was focused on delivering for us. We were very pleased to have him represent us. Don’t be put off by the fact Wellington Evans aren’t a big sprawling agency with offices everywhere - based on our experience, this is one of their many, many strengths.
