12th Oct 2024 (18 weeks ago)It was an unfortunate start and things did go wrong but luckily we eventually sold the house for a reasonable price thanks to lots of help from Savills who stayed with us. It got very stressful at times because of delays etc. Would recommend this company of course.

We had full faith in David with the sale of our house and it was sold within the week. He assisted with any enquiries without any problems and was always happy to help!! Anyone else we spoke to at Chandlers were always polite and professional, thank you David and Chandlers!

These guys have gone above and beyond to make our experience as smooth as possible with a lot of hand holding along the way. They helped me to buy, let out and sell my property in Finchley and throughout they were extremely helpful, and 100% reliable. I felt I could trust them to give me an honest response to any query I had, and I felt well supported as a landlord as well as a seller. Highly recommend this team... if only there were more out there like them!

29th Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENCY IF YOU CAN!!! I had a very disappointing experience with Connells Stevenage. After agreeing on a price for a house and being assured it would be taken off the market, I proceeded with my mortgage broker and solicitor. However, the agency continued to hold viewings, and a week later, I was informed that someone else had made a higher offer. This lack of professionalism and disregard for our agreement was incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience."

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. Their professionalism, service, attentiveness, responsiveness and attention to detail is more than I ever thought I'd get from them as letting agents. They put in effort with viewings and found a great tenant for my house. I'd advise any landlord going with them. There is a reason why they have the best Google reviews of any lettings agent in Stevenage!

Very good local knowledge of the area, housing and amenities, able to advice newcomers to the area of the local benefits. Everything was discussed. Communications spot on, phone, Whatsapp and email, every viewing and results communicated and options discussed at time. Very impressed. Very highly recommended.
