28th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Matthew Stacy was the seller's agent in my recent purchase. Matthew's client is quite dis-organised (e.g. misplacing the keys for the flat on sale), but Matthew dealt with this with a sense of humor, eventually recovering the keys. During the transaction stage, for a while, my solicitor was acting quite slowly. I was able to get hold of lender's inquiries, and saw that one of the items was an electricity certificate. I figured that rather than waiting for my solicitor to talk to the seller's solicitor, I should just ask Matthew. He got the certificate for me the next day, and my solicitor was shocked when receiving it from me. The valuation turned out to be lower than my offer price, which meant that the bank would loan me less money. I was really out of cash by that time. and wanted a price reduction so that the sale would go through. Matthew was able to negotiate with the seller, and I got the price reduction I asked. Overall, a positive experience... Except that Matthew's task is not over even though the sale has completed - a fob is missing - and hopefully, Matthew will help getting it for me!

3rd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Wes and Louis were amazing help throughout the sale process. From the first meeting with Wes discussing our plans to move, right up to the day of the sale. During our sale, our buyer had pulled out which threw everything up in the air. Wes and Louis managed to find us a new buyer on the same day and saved the whole move. Absolutely recommend Morgan Alexander for any move.

1st Apr 2024 (29 days ago)Worst people I had to deal with, honestly! I don't know how they're still in business. They don't even listen to what you tell them on the phone, their standard reply for everything is to fill their online form, so they can get back to you with a questionnaire, so you can fill in the questionnaire, so they can arrange a viewing. I tried to do this for a month, calling them every other day because I was not receiving their damn questionnaire (they refused to let me answer the questions over the phone), then they booked the viewing of the wrong property and forgot to cancel even after I told them over the phone that I was never interested to view that property. After a month of this hell, they finally told me the property was not suitable for pets (which was NOT on the ad). They're a joke!

21st Apr 2024 (9 days ago)Every time our viewing rate dropped they asked us to drop the price. We'd already dropped it twice and they were asking us to drop it again. They completely missed parts of the property off the advert and weren't willing to update the advert or update the photos in spring when the garden looked much better

The staff came out to help and Dilan took control of the situation, calmed me down and even got me a drink and a sling and took me to the hospital. She managed to make an awful situation bearable. I can't thank her enough . Definitely my angel on that day. Thankyou
26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

5th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)I’ve been renting with Lovett coming up to two years now. I write this review keeping in mind that I don’t work for a letting agency and I wouldn’t know how things are done or how complicated their work could be. So far, I think Lovett has been fairly reasonable and responsive to my concerns, especially Graham. During my property flooding, Lovett has been very quick with their actions. With their quick communication with myself and my amazing landlord, they made sure I’ve got a temporary accommodation and fairly a safe environment and compensatory measures until the property had been taken care of. When asked, a lady at the front desk has been quick to put a notice on my letterbox so the postmen wouldn’t out any letters due to internal flooding. Property inspector, Cheriee, is an amazing lady with a friendly approach every time she visits to inspect the property. She gives plenty of notice before the visit and also reminders. Overall it’s been good and I hope it stays the same.
