I would like to thank the staff at Barnard Marcus in Sutton for all their help during the sale of my property . Scott and Elliott in particular went above and beyond with the professional way they handled the sale ,which in this case was not always easy . They both kept in regular contact and kept me well informed and conducted themselves with integrity and courtesy throughout . Due to my circumstances I found the whole process difficult at times but they did their best to make it as stress free as possible and for that I will always be grateful . I would definitely use Barnard Marcus Sutton again if I needed to in the future .

A bunch of kids pretending to be estate agents. Did not respond with confirmation for viewing. Phone on the following day, and book viewing, then nobody turn up to show the property. Vendors avoid you will loose your money, and your property will be soled not for a potencial highest offer. Unprofessional business practice.

We have recently rented our flat out using Mann Countrywide. Their service was first class. Alicja and Victoria were very professional, helpful, quick and responsive throughout the procedure. I can highly recommended them.
Most horrible estate agent you could ever imagine. If you do not want to loose your deposit and to have peace of mind, stay away from them. Their property management is so worse, they don't even bother to respond. Stay away
Having recently [Oct.'17] sold our property through Cromwells Estate Agents, we were really happy with the service throughout the entire process. When choosing an agent, Jason came to see us and told us what they would do for us. He told us how they would market the property in clear terms but was succinct and didn’t keep us for hours as some of his competitors did. He also offered us a good rate and suggested a sale price we were pleased with. The property was marketed well with great photos and after an open day, we had a buyer. Heather then worked extremely hard keeping the sale on track responding to our queries and the many and varied demands of the buyer. We achieved the asking price for the house and were happy to pay the commission to Cromwells as they did such a good job making it all go smoothly.
Really terrible experience to work with this agency. We offered one property and was told the vender would give the feedback the day after. My husband called in one day after to ask for the vender's feedback. One of their agent talked with my husband for this case. She told my husband the vender were still considering about our offer at the beginning, then told my husband we were rejected quickly with angry. I can't believe how she could tell two opposite results within a few minutes! She behaved so rude and unprofessional during the conversation, and we felt uncomfortable after talking with her. I think all of the customers should be treated fairly and with respect. based on this point, I don't recommend this agency personally.
