He was open, honest and knowledgeable throughout and kept in regular contact with us. Cannot recommend enough, will use in the future.

19th Apr 2025 (1 day ago)I felt very positive with my dealings with Williams Harlow - the valuation seemed appropriate and I was provided with good advice at different stages of the process. I was away during the viewing and offer stages and these went ahead smoothly resulting in a number of offers, one of which was very good and we accepted. Their communication while we were away was also great. The sale went forward smoothly and our only very slight gripe was that we found it more difficult to speak to someone once the sale was agreed and going through. Overall very happy to recommend.

27th Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)I recently had a viewing with your property company and I must say, the experience was rather mixed. On one hand, the lady who facilitated the viewing was very professional, a clear asset to your team. However, regrettably, I had a grossly different encounter with the manager. Their behaviour was disappointing, falling short of what one would expect of a professional in such a prominent role. This unprofessionalism overshadowed my experience and has left me with concerns regarding future interactions.
7th Mar 2025 (6 weeks ago)Our experience with Ushers Estate Agents has been excellent. As it is a family owned business it felt very personal as the owner himself came to visit us. We were given really good advice about realistic valuation and we’re shown similar properties for sale in our area along with their market values. We received recommendations of solicitors, we are being kept informed throughout the process, the costs are very competitive, and we were even offered help and/or advice on our purchasing if needed. In all we are very happy with the service we have received so far from Ushers.
11th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Sam was helpful with the purchase of the property. There were a few efficiencies that couldve been made - as is in any process. My name was spelt wrong in the initial checks that caused a little double work (by another colleague I think?). Either way the process was smooth and we were in contact most of the process. Albeit it was more us giving the agency an update on where we got with things than the other way about. Regardless everything - Sam has been very helpful in answering all the possibly dumb questions I had when it came to the sale.

Their communication is clear, found no game playing with the purchasers ???? . They helped in closing the deal quickly before 31st March, before stamp duty incease. Highly recommend them. She's been extremely professional and understanding of our situation, whilst managing to find us a buyer within 2 weeks! Cannot praise Sammy enough throughout this whole time. Polite, courteous and pleasure of doing business with her, would highly recommend.

Ed was our main contact but all the team were efficient, friendly, professional and kept us informed at all times of viewings and responses. It really felt like we were one team working to the same goal. They got us lots of viewings and sold the house at our price expectation with minimum fuss. I’d happily use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Each person was fully on board with every aspect of the sale. Their efforts and expertise, allied to great communication and speed of response, allowed the sale of my sister’s flat to go through in the most efficient manner. Huge thanks to all the team.

Patient, polite and always professional and able to accommodate our visits - with lots of kind charm and shared knowledge about the area and property thrown in. Could not recommend them enough; if you are keen to sell your property - use them, and if you are lucky enough to have them as your 'allocated EA', like us, enjoy the ride. Thank you Chris & Mark.
