29th Oct 2024 (11 weeks ago)Not sorted a broken toilet - Paid over market value, for a property with a broken toilet... this was reported 3 times by the previous tenant and not brought to our attention before we signed for the property. They blame Urang for the key being delayed (it took 6 weeks to get a 2nd coded key for a front door, as a couple moving in?) Terrible experience from start to now... and we still have 1.5 years left?
10th Oct 2024 (14 weeks ago)This is my first experience with KFH and I must say I’m really happy so far. If there is any issue, it’s addressed really quickly. We only have liaised with Tom, Valentina and Peter - all very professional, responsive and friendly.

The agents (particularly Alexa) could not be more helpful and have assisted us with our move in and any problems that have arised swiftly. As students renting is never the easiest but Interlet have made our move a pleasant experience.

20th Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)John and his team are an amazing bunch of professionals! They guide us through a difficult process of decision making. Everybody involved shared their in-depth knowledge of the area and sale process. That allowed us to make all the right decisions. Due to the situation we were in, the sale process was lengthy. None of that made Horton & Garton team work any less. First sale fell through (due to circumstances out of our control). The Team found the second buyer promptly. House was sold for almost 12% more than the first buyer’s offer and almost 19% more than the asking price! Tremendous success! Outcome: Happy buyers, happy sellers and the Team has moved on with a smile ;)Highly recommend agents! If you hesitate… DON’T! Thank you John, Thank you Louise, Thank you Team
21st Aug 2024 (21 weeks ago)Unfortunately I have very few nice things to say. They are very good at selling/renting you a property, but that's where it ends. If they are the ones managing a property you are renting or you own, best of luck. We moved into a dirty property that was not properly cleaned, with a broken shower they didn't bother to fix at any point during our tenancy, and the complete wrong information about what utilities the landlord was using (we entered into an 18-month broadband contract to then find out the landlord still had Wifi in the property, and Apple TV). The property was so badly cleaned that we couldn't move in until they organised a cleaning, and even then we paid £300 extra to clean the carpets and mattresses. I thought other agencies in the area were bad, but John D Wood are by far the worst, as there is zero communication between them and the landlord or delineation between what they are responsible for and what the landlord is responsible for. Really amateur and unprofessional behaviour. Won't go to them when looking for a new property in Parsons Green. I know there's a high likelihood they will reply trying to make excuses, but please disregard these.

Alan was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect property that met all our needs. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a hassle-free rental experience.
15th Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)We have recently secured the purchase of a property in Fulham through Knight Frank and Arabella Howard Evans. Arabella has done such an outstanding job, we cannot rate her highly enough, her attention to detail, always on hand for any query no matter how small, it has made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. We would highly recommend Arabella in any house purchase. From the start she worked out exactly what we needed and found us the perfect property.
21st Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)Review relates to property management and their dubious billing / service charge practice. Willmott's charged almost 3 times more for building insurance - when I asked they conveniently mention its the best price their broker managed to find yet i was able to get a like for like policy on open market for £11k less. Standard cleaning charges ~ £50 per hour, bogus charges eg removal of fire extinguishers that had already been removed a year before, £130 for placing no smoking sign, sending out contractors for a job that was not done properly in the first instances and then charging residents multiple times in the space of a year for the same job... an incompetent staff that changes the colour of your own front door without even asking for your consent presumably to drive up invoicing/extra management fees ... the list goes on. Strongly urge anyone that has Willmott's as their managing agents to look closely at your itemised service charge bills to avoid being over charged

I’ve spent hours and hours trying to reach them via email and phone calls and they don’t treat my request or my money very seriously.
24th Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)I had a viewing with Duncan from this location. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Throughout the viewing he was very chatty and relaxed, allowing us the time we wanted to explore the property in order for us to see if it would be right for us. Prior to the viewing, communication was good. I did not proceed with the property as it wasn't the perfect fit, but would be happy to work with him again and view other properties.
