Over the years, they’ve always been quick to respond, patient with my questions, and truly went out of their way to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. 22nd Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)Excellent estate agents. Darren and his team were brilliant at selling our grade 2 listed property. Elmer especially, kept us informed through out the process of the sale, he was patient with us and was reassuring when we were finding things difficult. Christopher Neville's estate agent have sold three properties of mine in the past. The last one being a grade 2 listed. I thought, it might be difficult to sell but with Elmer and Darrens sales experiences there was no need, for me to worry. They did a fantastic job of selling our property.
28th Jan 2025 (19 weeks ago)Excellent all round. We wasted 4 months trying to sell our property and then it all changed with Shaw and Co, through Charan and his team including Sheetal and Jindra. They did their homework and true to his word, Charan brought us a firm offer within a week of going live. The whole team were fantactic. They were professional, friendly and communicated with us and helped us navigate the whole process. We couldn't have asked for a better set of people as well as professionals. Our only regret is that we didn't go with them from the start.

29th May 2025 (14 days ago)I'm not sure that I can beat the high praise that I have read on these reviews for Jas and his sales team at Stamfords, but I will be joining the vast majority here to say how well Jas handled the process of selling our property, and if I could award 6 stars, I would.. I knew that we would get on well from our first conversation, that 'gut feel' that Jas is a very capable pair of hands with many years of knowledge and experience. Nothing fake, no smooth talk. A genuine professional. Jas worked so hard to get a sale through for us - when our first buyer literally disappeared at the contracts stage, he found us another buyer within a matter of days and thankfully that sale has now completed. Communication at every stage of the process was excellent with emails and calls promptly replied to (I suspect sometimes even on 'days off' Jas was working in the background). I know that he went above and beyond his remit and I don't believe many other agents would have done what he did to help smooth the sales process and keep it on track. One of the things that struck me was that although our property was of relatively low value compared to other properties in the Stamfords sales portfolio, and hence the fee Stamfords earned for selling our property much lower than average, the excellent service we received confirmed that Jas and the team worked as hard for us and treated our sale with the same importance and urgency as if we were selling a very high value property. I concur with many things written in a review by Sapna recently, and won't repeat everything she says, but please have a read of her comments too. I have, without hesitation, already recommended Stamfords to a few people looking to sell their Hounslow properties. I have the highest regard and respect for Jas and the sales team at Stamfords and I hope that all these wonderful reviews lead to their phones ringing with many new enquiries and instructions. Thank you again Jas!
6th Jun 2025 (6 days ago)Diamond Move Estate Agents are very professional in their work, good with their communication skills, their services are excellent, they make the work easy for tenants and the landlord I am thankful to Deepa and Sheetel, who are amazing ,trustworthy and reliable especially for helping during my tenancy process. Unfortunately I had to discontinued my agreement , As I had to moved to a different address. They refunded my security deposit on time.

At all times in this protracted process, they worked hard to keep all parties on track , always responded swiftly to phone queries and emails, and offered a personal and highly professional service . I would recommend this estate agents .

31st May 2025 (12 days ago)These people are trying to pull a scam in my area, we have a policy of no 'for sale, for rent' signs however they have placed one on a property I am director for. I have asked them to take it down because of this policy and because they don't have a flat to let on this site as they claim (I have checked their website). I would advise people to avoid a company with such shady and vexatious advertising practices
