We bought and sold through them over a 12 year period and their service remained efficient yet friendly on both occasions. Calls and queries and and fielded quickly and the team is very responsive and helpful in clarifying and grey areas. The team is also very good at mediating between buyer and seller making the process as smooth as possible. Their marketing and 3D tour are efficiently carried out at a reasonable price. I would recommend Your Move Whitton without hesitation for anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

27th Sep 2024 (26 days ago)My experience with Stamford Agency was outstanding, all the staff was very professional...........except when dealing with Nick was a nightmare, as he was very very rude, he always seems angry when he answered the phone, and hangs the phone when i did not even finish asking him my query. But with the help of Jas we managed to buy a house from them this year, and the service of Jas was remarkable. Jas was the person I dealt with, and he helped me along the process, giving me information and making this a lot easier for me since it was my first time buying a property. From the start to finish, Jas was incredibly communicative, always keeping us in the loop and ensuring we understood each step. His dedication and commitment to our cause were evident as he tirelessly worked to keep everything moving smoothly. Thanks to Jas, what could have been a very stressful journey turned out to be a delightful experience. His professionalism and expertise in the field are commendable. The home selling process can sometimes be daunting, but the entire knights team were fantastic every step of the way. They had an offer on our property one day after it was launched and sold within three days. We had three valuations from different estate agents and from our first meeting Scott was more open and honest and explained everything in great detail. They were always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. They also greatly understood the housing market in our area, which allowed us to market our property correctly and get a deal that exceeded our expectations. Beyond their expertise and professionalism, the team was amicable and kind throughout my home buying process. They answered all my questions with in-depth explanations, ensuring I fully understood what I was doing and why it was necessary. I’m so glad I chose Knights for selling my house. Their knowledge and experience, combined with their patient approach, made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process. 18th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)O* Galaxy Real Estate are just scammers No longer a tenant and still send me emails for rent. Still haven't received my deposit back aswell I was told yesterday it should be with me today. Try to claim I breached my lease but in fact they have rented the entire building out to someone else. Had problems with them from day one. Nav Grover, Kevneet Grover and Raj Grover customer service is absolutely terrible. Once deposit is payed back into my account I will delete these posts but until then I will keep writing them

9th Oct 2024 (14 days ago)I have been through a very elongated lease for my property which Sachin from Move In was working on for me. The process was long and had many bumps and issues but throughout it Sach has remained calm and focused on getting the job done. Always proactive and communicative, I was kept up to date (and sometime hassled, rightly to get things done). The journey has been long, but through no fault of Move Inn Estates. Thank You Sachin for getting it done!

27th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)I have never left a negative review in my life but for this I have to.. AVOID RENTING WITH FOXTONS AT ALL COSTS. I have been renting a property in Brixton for the past year and reported mould issues 4 months ago (20th May 2024) and to this day (27/08/2024) nothing has been done to rectify it. We have been back and fourth with property management (even crying down the phone) and they are still not letting us move out until we finish the tenancy length (2 year tenancy agreement). The flat is a basement flat and the bathroom doesn't have a window or an extractor fan which we informed foxtons was illegal to which they breezed over and OF COURSE haven't done anything about. We are now living in mould and seeking legal action to try and get out of our tenancy as Foxtons have told us on 3 occasions we have to find someone to replace it if we want to go. As you can see from the photos nobody should be living in these conditions. Every time we ring, our account manager is 'in a meeting' they take days/weeks to respond to a question. In regards to getting something fixed..we are yet to have one issue in our flat/tenancy fixed. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
