5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)I have finally moved out of my flat. I would not recommend getting a property with Ealing Barnard Marcus. The manager is very rude and unprofessional. I have had to chase him about simple issues or questions for days even weeks sometimes. I called him 4 days in a row and each time I was told he’s off sick. One day I stopped outside the office called the office and was told he is still off sick, which was a lie I was literally looking into the office and saw him talking and laughing with his other colleagues. Sara was the only person who would help me on the phone or in person. She was professional and really helpful.

Unfortunately, the tenant did not pay rent over the past two years, which caused me a terrible experience, suffering, and financial losses. However, I was very fortunate to receive continuous great help from Kayleigh Weston, Benham's property manager. Kayleigh is very kind and responsible, always providing useful professional advice and helpful feedback to my problems promptly and patiently. She continued to help me enthusiastically with the refurbishment works after the repossession of my property. Her great assistance in solving my problems is much appreciated. Many thanks to Kayleigh.
27th Jun 2024 (30 days ago)Finding a place to rent was so stressful and at times frustrating until I met Aman at KFH Ealing. Aman is very helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. I decided to take the flat within just a few of days which is the fastest for me.I cannot recommend enough these kind and very efficient agents, they really took a personal interest in us and went beyond what was expected. Needless to say, we are very very happy that we found KFH.

In my time as an estate agent it is rare for me to go and review another estate agent, however she has certainly been a breath of fresh air to deal with in a chain we have been involved in. Always returned calls, was at the other end of the phone when times got a little tricky and has just been fantastic from the outset. An absolute credit to your company and couldn’t recommend anymore highly if you are after any of the above when selling your home. Sam, Mishons in Hove
31st May 2024 (8 weeks ago)Highly recommend! Our experience with Doyle was excellent. The whole Doyle team were highly professional and personable from our first meeting, right through our house sale process and in following up after. Their approach and deep knowledge of the local area and market put us at ease and gave us confidence in their ability to sell our property for a good price - without creating unrealistic expectations or false hope. Communication was excellent with regular updates and quick responses to any queries we had. We have now moved out of area but if the opportunity ever arose, we'd have no hesitation in commissioning Doyle's services again.

We were first time buyers and are hugely appreciative of the honesty and guidance Paul gave us during the offer process, unlike many SW London agents! After our offer was accepted the 5 star service continued all the way through to completion where Paul was very helpful, professional and responsive in dealing with various matters. This resulted in a very smooth exchange/completion. We cannot thank Paul and Moveli enough!

From one conversation over the phone without even meeting me Hannah perfectly understood exactly what I was looking for and her first recommendation ticked every box I had from my "must have" and even the majority of my "nice to haves" for my first home. She knew it was perfect and pushed to have me see it before anyone else, which I cannot thank her for enough. Between Alan and Hannah the communication was brilliant, I felt in the loop, all my questions were answered and they always came back to me even if the query took some time to get an answer.

12th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)Xavi & Co is not a trustworthy company. Ensure you keep a copy of all receipts, do not rely on them or their book keeping. When I spoke to Alberto about this problem, rather than taking responsibility he blamed me. I wish I had taken note of the other negative reviews rather than looking at all the positive reviews as I would not be out of pocket.

They went the extra mile to make sure that we found the right property, and through the initial tenancy process they were especially helpful. Paul even sent us several links to local restaurants that he would recommend, and stuff to do in the local area as it was our first time moving to the area. I will definitely use Leslie & Co for anything else going forward, and would wholeheartedly recommend this company for anyone thinking of doing business with them.
