19th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Update: Having rented a property from Kubie Gold for the last 2 years and now moving out I wanted to reaffirm the 5* rating I had initially given. They Kubie Gold have been a pleasure to deal with the whole time - always responsive, professional and polite. Any issues reported within the flat were addressed quickly and in an effective manner. Big thanks to Akbar and Kevin as well as the rest of the team who have made the tenancy such positive experience. Would highly recommend. Initial Review: Excellent, professional and efficient. I had a great experience working with Akbar to secure a new flat to rent. After getting in touch with Kubie Gold I was able to arrange a viewing later the same day. The whole process was very quick and efficient; within a day of viewing I was able complete the necessary checks and sign the tenancy agreement, receiving the keys later that same week. Throughout out the process Akbar made himself available and quickly addressed any questions I had while proactively helping in any way possible to make the whole experience as smooth as possible (and continues to do so). Cannot fault the service I had received in any way, and would highly recommend.
18th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We bought our first home property by Plaza Estates through Rodney Symington estate agent. Rodney ticked all the boxes from our first viewing. Humble, agile, reachable, kind, informative are all qualities that came through in the process. He sees through the buyer's lens as well, not just the seller's. Usually when you kick off conveyancing for a property you're purchasing, estate agents will fall off the grid. Rodney was present every step of the way, facilitating matters when they stalled with the seller's solicitor in a kind, polite and professional matter to keep the ball rolling. Rodney, thank you for making this buying experience in London pleasant for us as first time buyers. For those out there looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend enough Rodney and Plaza Estates. They will be our first choice in the future.

My wife and I have been looking to buy an apartment in South Kensington / Chelsea since Christmas and have therefore been exposed to your teams. I wanted to write to commend the way in which we have been dealt with by Harry Shaw and Felicity Curran. They are fantastic and a real credit to Chestertons and your brand. We had a regrettable failed attempt at buying one property but all those dealings were dealt with extremely professionally by Harry. We are now on track with our purchase of another and we have very much enjoyed dealing with the charming, Felicity. They are great individuals and deserve to get good feedback.
