18th Mar 2025 (11 mo. ago)We bought our first home property by Plaza Estates through Rodney Symington estate agent. Rodney ticked all the boxes from our first viewing. Humble, agile, reachable, kind, informative are all qualities that came through in the process. He sees through the buyer's lens as well, not just the seller's. Usually when you kick off conveyancing for a property you're purchasing, estate agents will fall off the grid. Rodney was present every step of the way, facilitating matters when they stalled with the seller's solicitor in a kind, polite and professional matter to keep the ball rolling. Rodney, thank you for making this buying experience in London pleasant for us as first time buyers. For those out there looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend enough Rodney and Plaza Estates. They will be our first choice in the future.

19th Nov 2025 (15 weeks ago)Outstanding service. I’ve worked with Jeremy James since 2012, when I bought my flat from them. They then dealt with all subsequent lettings, and also manage the building. I have just sold the flat through them. I have always received responsive, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable service from everybody in the office. No hesitation in recommending them .

6th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Extremely poor service – Hyde Park branch Very disappointing experience with Benham and Reeves, Hyde Park branch, dealing with Asim Shah. Despite providing all requested documentation and clearly demonstrating affordability well over three times the rent, our application was failed by their referencing provider with no clear explanation. There was no meaningful communication, no transparency, and no evidence that the landlord was properly consulted on the offer. Instead, the process relied entirely on an automated system, with repeated requests to re upload the same documents, while pushing for a holding deposit. No common sense or human review was applied. If this is how tenants are treated, landlords should question how professionally their properties and offers are being handled. I would not recommend Benham and Reeves or their Hyde Park branch.
