1st Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)We’ve used Plaza since 1996 and found them to be professional and helpful. It’s not easy to find a decent estate/letting agency but they have a "no responsibility" clause in their terms of business, which means that you have no comeback if they fail to do a job properly. Keep yourself updated about changes in the law.

15th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)My overall review of Carter Jonas isn’t wholly bad ( especially when comparing to other estate agents) but if Leo Goodman as bad at sales as he is as letting then I wouldn’t recommend buying a property from Leo. He clearly only cares about his own commission and doesn’t take the time to give prospective clients the information they need. Prior to me moving into a flat I rented from Carter Jonas, he asked if I wanted a chest of drawers left by the ex tenant and he said there were no laundry facilities in the flat and recommended I “ wash my clothes by hand”. As it turns out, the dresser belonged to the landlord ( so I had to painstakingly return it after moving) and the flat did in fact have a washer and dryer. - surely it wouldn’t have taken him more than a few minutes to enquire about laundry facilities rather than give an incorrect answer and make a ludicrous suggestion that I wash my clothes by hand. When reaching out to Leo to find a resolution for the chest of drawer incident, he showed no empathy and clearly didn’t care. When my flat was put on the market I had to continually probe and ask to be kept in the loop on viewings ( even though, per my contract, I should've been given 48 hours notice). We all make mistakes but this is the type of attitude that gives Estate agents a bad name.

We should be truly proud of our NHS, and Hanley primary Care Centre has been a shinning example of excellence in the biggest challenge in particular in those special times. My particular thanks go to Bianca, and the reception staff. who were so welcoming. I wish all the staff the best as our community is indebted to your service.

He has went above and beyond to help me with my search, regardless of the time of day or the query, he was a wonder to deal with on my property search. Even though I didn’t end up renting through JAR, he has still been on standby for updates and to be able available should I need any help. I wouldn’t think twice of consulting JAR for my property needs in the distant future.

Previously, many agencies were uninterested because we have a dog, but Mr. Kwang was very kind and did his best to talk to the landlord and give us the opportunity, and he was very attentive in resolving all of our concerns and keeping in touch. It was a pleasure meeting him and I'm glad Saks Agency has such a wonderful worker. Thank you very much

20th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.

Our main contact person is Novia and from the first date in the property she assisted us lot. As we are new comers to the UK, we did not have much idea about the rules and regulations of UK rental market and Novia explained everything in more simple manner. This was a big relief for us. After staying nearly 18 months, recently we moved to a new property as we need much spacious place. During the past 18 months Novia helped us immensely and handled our matters professionally. Finally, I would like to state that it has been pleasure to work with Novia. She is coordinated our all requests professional and friendly manner and guided us professional and friendly manner till the end of the contract. Novia, thank you very much for all the support and guidance provided by you from the first day of our stay in our previous property. Thank you and Good Luck.
2nd Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)We recently asked Bensons to help us with the refurbishment of our apartment. This included an update and refit of both bathrooms, new Megaflow system, complete redecoration throughout and replacement of carpets (and more!). Maria managed the whole project on our behalf and with thanks to her, Steve and all the team, the whole process ran smoothly. Everybody was so easy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble including any changes or additions along the way. We are delighted with the finished result. Highly recommended!
