A fantastic and extremely engaging team that ensured that we were informed of every step of the process. Septimus, in particular, was attentive and reliable, keeping an open communication throughout and ensuring that the best service was delivered. We had heard horror stories of the home buying process but our experience was the furthest from that, and we can strongly attest that it was mostly because of the outstanding work from Septimus and the TLC team. Definitely recommend this estate agency for anyone looking for a stress free home purchasing process.
23rd Dec 2023 (17 weeks ago)Max the progresser for the changeove of tenants stuck his big ore in and cost me £220 money, not happy in slightest, I have 2 properties with Chesterton's and I will be taking my business elsewhere unless I get this refunded from the estate agent company

10th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Highly recommend KFH, Bayswater branch. Ricco Leslie and his team were really responsive on my need to vacate the property earlier than contracted. Rico was really helpful in coordinating the communication with the landlord and find the most beneficial solution for both sides. They were really good in replying fast to all my questions never felt disappointed throughout my nearly 3-year tenancy in one of their managed properties.

As a renter this is extremely important as the London market is very competitve and moves very quickly. Having someone listen to your needs and put in the effort to meet those needs goes a long way. Jessie was extremely communicative and prompt. 18th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)I've had some good and some bad experiences throughout my 1.5-year tenancy at a flat managed by Chesterons. Unfortunately it ended pretty poorly. Despite having handed over the keys at the end of January 2024, they have yet to complete the end-of-tenancy procedures and have been extremely unresponsive to email.
21st Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)This review is a bit long winded but, I would advise anyone wishing to do any business with Reed Residential to fully read it. My stepdaughter rented a house in Southend on Sea managed by Reed Residential. In December last year they gave her 1 months notice that her rent was going to increase by over 20%. She could not afford such a large increase as she is a single mother with 2 toddlers. She gave Reed 1 months notice on the 8th January and it was arranged to hand the keys back on the 8th February. On the 8th February she went to Reed's office in Westcliff on Sea to hand the keys back. After handing over the keys my stepdaughter asked how to pay the 2 weeks rent that was outstanding. She was rudely informed by the property manager that she would have to pay rent until the end of the month. My stepdaughter was shocked by this but felt intimidated by the property managers abrupt and nasty attitude. She then walked out of Reed's branch and told her mother what had happened. After getting some legal advice her mother phoned me to tell me what Reed were demanding. I instructed my wife and stepdaughter to go back into the branch and get the keys back. If they were charging rent until the end of the month then they were not entitled to have the keys back until the end of the month. My wife went back into the branch with my step-daughter whilst I was on the phone with her to confront the property manager about having to pay until the end of the month. My wife told Reed that they were not entitled to charge rent after the 8th February and that my step-daughter would not be paying it. She was then told that they would take it out of the security deposit if it wasn't paid. After a bit more discussion I told them to leave with the keys, which they did. On 13th February my stepdaughter received an email from the Reed property manager stating that because she didn't hand the keys back on the 8th February as originally planned, she would be charged rent on a daily basis until they were returned, and that she would lose any potential rent refund if they were kept until the end of the month. This email obviously caused some concern because it completely contradicted her statements in the branch. It was clearly a CYA email to cover her mistake. My step-daughter sent a response clearly telling the property manager that she knew damn well the keys were handed back on 8th February and we only requested them back because they were not entitled to have them if rent was payable until the end of the month. No response or denial was received from the property manager. My stepdaughter along with my help then started a formal complaint process. At the end of a lot of back and forth emails Reed are completely denying saying anything about having to pay rent until the end of the month. They have no explanation why we requested the keys back. They seem to think that it's believable that a single mother with 2 small children would choose to continue to pay rent on an already vacated property just for the fun of it. They have denied everything. Reed are willing to take over £500 in rent from my stepdaughter, that she didn't need to pay. Whilst renting the property my stepdaughter had many issues with the house. There was an issue with rodents which she was absolutely petrified of. The shed in the back garden was falling to pieces and had become dangerous, preventing her from letting the children into the back garden to play. A brick wall had collapsed into the alley behind the shed. All of these issues were reported to Reed on multiple occasions by my stepdaughter and my wife. Not a single thing was ever done about anything in the 4 years she lived there. The neighbours told me that the property used to be run as a brothel. The neighbours complained to Reed many times but nothing was ever done. Obviously this matter is going to be taken further and might end up the civil court. Reed Residential are probably one of the worst, morally bankrupt, unscrupulous company's you could ever deal with. Do yourselves a favour a steer well clear.

As a developer and a landlord with a number of residential properties across London, I initially met Charlotte as a tenant during her tenure at her previous agency. Upon meeting her, I was very impressed by her professionalism and ability to promptly address any issues that I flagged up during my tenancy. While disappointed to learn that she had been recruited by Sandersons and would no longer be managing the property I resided in, it served as a testament Matthew’s knack for identifying talent and his commitment to building a professional team around him – so I took note of this. Fast forward a few months, we have successfully completed a development project consisting of 5 flats in the W11 area. Having historically mostly dealt with an agency which is considered to be one of the top in the country as well as globally, we initially intended to engage them on a sole basis for marketing the flats with the view to let them out. However, given how impressed I was with Charlotte, I thought it would be a good opportunity to have a conversation with Sandersons and consider them also. Subsequent to Sandersons’ team attending the property and making a very good first impression, we have decided to list the flat via dual listing with both our previous estate agency and Sandersons. My general belief before engaging Sandersons was that it really does not matter what estate agency markets the property - the reasoning behind it being that the prospective tenants access the same web portals to conduct their search. I was incorrect in this belief. Sandersons’ letting team led by Anna have managed to find tenants for 5 out of 5 flats in a brief stint the flats were on the market. I am yet to be able to explain to myself how they have managed to achieve this, however the result speaks for itself. They really do care about their clients across both ends of the market and I cannot commend them enough for their exceptional service.
29th Feb 2024 (7 weeks ago)Terrible agency. Stay away. They let out a flat where the boiler wasn't working from day one of the tenancy. When a call out was made at the weekend on Saturday I was told that it was not an emergency and not having ANY heating/ hot water during Winter with a 3 year old living in the house didn't classify as an emergency so the contractor would only be sent on the Monday, which they then did.
12th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.
30th Mar 2024 (19 days ago)Very bad service. They are liars. When you get in their property once you're are screwed as they don't respond to any of your calls afterwards. Two of their employees named abul & yen were very misbehaving. They don't know how to talk to their clients. So all in all, they are no good. Would never deal with them ever again.

Elliot Rainbow has sold properties for me during this time and always looked after my portfolio. He offer a Hand off experience so we are always rested with no worries! Just let our flats in Manderin Oriental residences and no other agent has yet to let any in there! Thanks EBI

14th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)This review is constantly being reported so that it does not get posted. To truly know how these agents operate, do not look at any reviews other than the low rated ones. One reviewer has posted using the name G and Hari’s response is that he does not have a client by the name G in his database. The man is a joke! I have been asking Hunters to serve notice to the tenant since the 10th of January 2024 because the contract ends on the 17th of March 2024. Hunters have refused to do so. They have yet again stopped responding to my emails asking about when the tenant will vacate. In October last year they stopped responding to me for months on end. As for the rest of the year, the communication from them has been that they will take me to court or I should take them to court. That is how they deal with any questions you ask them about your property. It is the 14th of March 2024 and I have no information from Hunters. I called Hunters asking to speak to Hari and a young man with a British accent answered and insisted he is Hari Patel. If, in a situation speaking the truth would help them, they would not be able to do so because they only know how to lie! They have tried to cheat me several times out of a few thousand pounds each time creaking fake expenses and issues while working in cahoots with their cronies. Engage them if you have no other options and you enjoy being harassed and don’t mind paying for Hari’s many foreign vacations and fleet of luxury vehicles. The vacation and car boast was from the owner of the agency himself. The above practices in dealing with their landlords are what they are best at. Engage them if you have no other options! They were recommended to me by another Estate agent who knew that Hunters were looking for a property that could be sublet especially if the landlord lived abroad.

21st Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)Honestly they have been fantastic, probably the best estate agents we’ve ever dealt with. We’ve just started renting a property with them and both the estate agent (Maddie) and the property manager (Shireen) have been absolutely amazing. We had lots of questions and at every stage the whole team was helpful and efficient. Despite having a few small issues with the property, Shireen and Maddie have gone out of their way to sort out a solution for every single one as fast as they can. We are very excited to be renting with them and so far have been incredibly happy with the amazing staff.
