12th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)The Winkworth Fulham & Parsons Green dream team (Faith and Fin) were fantastic to work with from start to finish. They gave honest constructive feedback for presenting our flat in the best light, and the expected sale price. We were under offer within 1 month. We have recently completed, and they were so hands on throughout the whole process, making everything so straightforward. Winkworth far exceeded all of our previous experience with Chestertons, KFH and Strutts. I could not recommend them more. Thank you so much Faith, Fin and all the team, from a very happy client.

The team had a clear plan for the initial marketing based on local knowledge and they carried out that plan effectively. Issam, Karen and Heather then dealt with any bumps in the road during the process from acceptance of an offer to completion of the sale.
10th Sep 2024 (6 days ago)Appaulling experience. I had two agents working to sell my flat and the other agent found the successful buyer. Chestertons seemed sloppy and would often book viewings in at the exact times I'd explained wasn't convenient with my new baby. When I said I had an offer from the other agents, Chestertons kept trying to book new viewings in - and hadn't communicated to the rest of their team that I had had this offer at all. The worst thing is, a year after selling my flat through the other agent - I then had very aggressive emails from Chestertons debt collectors. They didn't sell the flat and were claiming they needed the full commission, (which would be on top of the full commission I had already paid the successful agents who had done all the work). It transpired that Chestertons had showed the buyer the flat; but had wrongly assumed they had made the intial 'introduction'. This led to them demanding nearly £30k! Their introduction came not only after the buyers had seen the property before with the other agent, but also after the buyers had made an offer - so was wrong on many levels. It would have been courteous for Chestertons to have got in touch with me directly to investigate this, rather than them passing it to their debt collections who are aggressive and sent urgent deadlines for immediate payment. I had assumed it was spam but some people might be intimidated into paying. It felt very underhand and aggressive. I would avoid.

Narmin was constantly available and she ensured that the process was as smooth and quick as possible. This was the best experience of finding a flat in London in all my 7 years of living here. 22nd Aug 2024 (25 days ago)Me and my Mum had found it very difficult originally to find a property to rent for an upcoming start of university. We had arranged viewings with multiples letting agents but decided to just ‘pop’ into KFH the morning of, just to check if they had any properties that would work for us, as we were very much struggling when searching. Within 5 minutes of us entering the office, we had 2 viewings for that same day for 2 flats that met all of our requirements! Rebecca was absolutely amazing, she was so kind and beyond helpful, making our experience personal and our needs very much heard. Especially as she was so honest about properties and the safety in surrounding areas which we found was very rare when viewing properties. By the end of the day, we had become successful in putting an offer in on a flat that we loved, with the professionalism and help of Alistair (who was brilliant too!) The team are amazing and are truly a force to be reckoned with. I could not recommend the team here anymore, so much so, our other friends were in contact with them the next day in viewing a property, and found one too! The proof is in the pudding :)The care that each staff member took was brilliant and if we were to ever need to flat search again in Chiswick, we would only use KFH. The absolute best!

She really went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth and also enjoyable!

23rd Aug 2024 (24 days ago)The agency favored the landlord (with whom they have continuous commercial relationships) throughout the end of tenancy process leading to us paying unjustified out of accordance costs such as check out report and administrative fees that should not have been covered by us. In collusion with the landlord, they accepted to modify the check out report produced by an independent inspector (Green Kite) in the absence of the parties to our detriment in view of allowing the landlord to proceed with unfair deductions to our deposit. The agency never interceded with the landlord and every margin call were all made to the landlord's benefit. Sam Canning Birtles who was an excellent employee of the agency and found the property for us left for a competitor a few months ago. We truly recommend, to the extent possible, to avoid this agency for any lettings if your are prospective tenants. We are contemplating to sue the agency as soon as the deposit adjudication process will be completed by TDS.

I finally found the place I was looking for and since having my offer accepted Paul has been so helpful on keeping the process moving along smoothly and always available to answer my questions. I can't rate him highly enough.

At the end of the tenancy we faced a couple of problems with mould and he handled all the issues and put us in touch with tradespeople when necessary. 28th Aug 2024 (19 days ago)Everything was alright until we moved out and Foxtons refused to return our deposit and overpaid rent (more than 3000£ in total). They claimed they were processing the payment and "chasing" the landlord and that the delay was on the landlord's side but we've been in touch with the landlord and have a written proof he never received any correspondence from the agents. It looks like a scam, so be careful with this agency.

I had a great experience working with Alex. There was a no pressure, full honesty approach that you don't always get with other agencies. I had to pause my search but will not hesitate to come back to Foxtons in the future to recommence when I'm ready. Highly recommend.
