25th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)AVOID!!! Awful managment by Husana, left without a landlord for over a month. Wasn't able to store or cook food for a month, constant issues with tenancy and a year long headache. Silverfish, broken shower, broken doors, broken windows, broken heating, just to name a few things that were ignored by Husana and landlord. Never, ever going through Carter and Reeves again.

They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

They were both accommodating and flexible and I ended up with a great flat. Available to answer any questions and even post-move, have made it clear they’re on hand to help. 10/10 service.

Estate agents are not universally well regarded but Alex showed clear integrity where it was needed and I would have no hesitation in asking him to act for us again.
28th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)Razieh was an absolute dream to work with! I am moving to London next week and securing a flat had gotten down to the wire. I wanted to find a place before I land. I submitted request over the weekend on GLP’s website. Razieh responded first thing Monday morning and sent me a flat that was better than the ones I picked. She offered and virtually toured it for me same day. As of today, I officially have a flat in London! Now, I can truly be excited for my overseas move. Thank you Razi, for your kindness, promptness, and amazing work!

9th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Gracie and Tiffany did an excellent job assisting the sale of our flat. Market conditions were difficult and we initially had another agent market the property. The other agent failed to get many viewings but when Gracie/Tiffany became agents that changed; there was a significant uptick in viewings and much better communication. We unfortunately had a buyer pull out but Gracie/Tiffany found a new buyer almost immediately. They were very helpful throughout the sales process too and helped get it over the line. Would recommend.

Previously, many agencies were uninterested because we have a dog, but Mr. Kwang was very kind and did his best to talk to the landlord and give us the opportunity, and he was very attentive in resolving all of our concerns and keeping in touch. It was a pleasure meeting him and I'm glad Saks Agency has such a wonderful worker. Thank you very much
I have had the best service I ever had with this agency! I can't write enough to thank the help and support received from in particular Cory, who did everything possible to make sure my experience goes as perfect as possible with them! He took the time to understand my needs as an individual, taking in consideration my working locations, my hobbies, my gym, and the person I'll be living with! On one day he took me to 4 different properties, and sat answering ALL of my questions without rushing me once, finishing WELL outside his shift hours. (oppositely to what normally happens with every other agent, where either you like the property and make an offer, either they speak to the next enquirer). I felt looked after and cared for. After expressing my interest Cory was off leave for a week, and even then he was constantly helping me through the process and keeping in touch with his collueagues to make sure my application doesn't get any complications! Which it did, but he helped through still. Cory is not just an agent, is a human who takes his job very seriously and treats you as a person more than a number! I am surely going to be with Cityzen for as long as I can and whenever I will suggest anybody to look for their properties through them!
