4th Oct 2025 (5 weeks ago)I unfortunately had to write this review following an incident with one of their senior employees whose actions were disproportionate an unprofessional. JASON NWIMO MARLA held our deposit for almost 6 weeks with no real reason. He did not reply to emails, avoided phone calls, he never called back, he was basically unreachable. He only answered when I asked the landlord to reach out to him. We had a dispute with him about some amount on our deposit which was being taken due to end of tenancy cleaning. We had paid a cleaning lady for 8hours to clean the apartment (a tiny 2 bed). Apparently some minor hidden spots were left dusty. Jason decided to charge us 240 pounds for that. Our contract stated “If the report (checkout) notes that further cleaning is required, Knight Frank will arrange this at your cost, in order to put the property in a presentable condition.” The property was left in presentable conditions and the new tenants moved in the next day without any complaints. Yet, breaching contract, 240 pounds money was charged to us without calling any cleaning agency. It was simply charged without explaining why it was 240 pounds and where that money was going . Also Jason he tried to charge us for some mold defects on the ancient timber windows which we complained for years to have fixed. Jason showed that he didn’t really know much about the flat. He did not bother to go through the history of the repairs, the correspondence, the damages. Its easy to manage the flat when you don’t have to do anything at all. We found Jason Nwimo uncollaborative, unprofessional and very intimidating. He never gave an apology for his actions (for instance not replying to phone calls). I hope to never have to deal with someone this mean again and I really do hope Knight Frank take time to evaluate him. Agents should never be nasty. Only because their title says "senior" it doesn't mean they have to power to do as they please to other people. If I was a londlord I would stay away from Jason in fear that he might abuse of other tenants.

Since then, GHE is the only agency we fully trust to manage our property rentals. Anthony, in particular, has been exceptional in every aspect, and his team reflects the same high standards. Anthony, beyond his admirable professionalism, sincerity, insightfulness and attentiveness, stands out as the rare agent in the industry who genuinely cares about his clients interests. His outstanding communication skills and expert support throughout the entire rental process has set him further apart. I cannot recommend GHE highly enough!
13th Oct 2025 (28 days ago)I only use portico because of Charlotte Bailey - her help and service is outstanding / I have other agents I use in different parts of London and if I could use Charlotte for everything I would - I have been using portico and particularly Charlotte now for a number of years, probably around 8/9 and I’ve only stayed with them because of the helpful nature and great professional relationship I have with Charlotte. She’s great.

From the initial viewing - where Nathan was friendly and helpful - to the offer process, where Don was brilliant and clearly cares about the level of service he provides, everything was seamless. They made finding a home in an extremely stressful market feel completely hassle-free. Now that we’re settled in, Krissy our property manager, has also been fantastic - super responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Can’t recommend this team highly enough!

3rd Oct 2025 (5 weeks ago)They were instructed in Feb and the sale (if it actually goes through) won't complete until Dec/Jan. I was contacted by at least 7 different people and each time they dropped the selling price by at least £5k but more often £15k. I was finally persuaded to sell to a cash buyer, but guess what, another lie.... Buyer will be getting a mortgage so not the 6 weeks completion but more likely 12 weeks. I don't think any of the Let Property representatives who I dealt with told me the truth. I deeply regret ever contacting them and would not advise anyone to use them.- 6th Sep 2025 (9 weeks ago)They came to value my property for letting once eight years ago. Since then they have contacted me every year despite me saying I’m not interested and stop contacting me. Yesterday they called me 5 times in quick succession and I told them not interested. Today they have called me again from a different number and emailed me. This is bordering on harassment and I am getting seriously annoyed.
22nd Oct 2025 (19 days ago)Kelechi helped me find the perfect flat. Kelechi spent a lot of time showing me around the different types of flat on his register in the area. When I found the perfect one he also gave me 3 viewings and didn't rush me to make a decision. It was amazing to be given so much time and attention. Also I was in a fairly complicated chain, and he made this easier for me by making sure that other parties were communicating with me, and advising on how to navigate the process. I would recommend working with him.
