He has always gone above and beyond to accommodate timings and has without exception identified properties that matched my clients requirements. She really put in a shift to help progress the property we’re looking at and was incredibly proactive throughout the whole process. Renting a property in London can often feel stressful and tiring, but Grace made the whole experience seamless and easy to navigate, often even working out of office hours to help move conversations forward. Having someone like Grace representing Chestertons really shows the quality of the brand and the calibre of people they attract. When you’re dealing with a property search via Chestertons, ask them for Grace as your key contact!

The process involved some quite complicated paperwork requirements that were difficult to provide, and while I had to manage those hurdles myself to move things forward, Lenka’s speed and clear communication helped keep the transaction on track. I appreciate her efficiency in getting the deal done. Recommended!
16th Mar 2026 (26 days ago)Transition from Dubai to London was very stressful and had no to limited idea about rentals in London however after contacting several people and agents we found Allen Goldstein and met Lui . Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

12th Nov 2025 (21 weeks ago)KFH were great. We worked mainly with Lynden to find and secure a flat. Lynden was great all the way from arranging the viewings to getting us the flat to helping us settle in. He was super helpful and responsive as our main KFH rep.

He was always available, returned to the property several times with us, and consistently answered all our questions promptly. Kevin was amazing from the beginning until the end, professional, reliable, and very supportive throughout the process. Highly recommended!
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
