20th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Nobody would like to get treated like they are beneath others and it is essential to remember it takes 2 to tango. Potential buyers gives you business and should get treated with respect. I was rejected for a viewing when they asked for my proof of funds being in the UK. I have never gotten asked nor required for my current funds being in the UK before a viewing from all other agencies before. Throughout the call, the agent was speaking to me in a very rude attitude as if it is my fault for not meeting a non-industry standard requirement for a viewing. They told me I will not be able to buy a house anywhere if I don't have all my money in the UK now. Anyways, I put an offer in a property with another agency a week later and I am completing soon. Their loss and I will not let this agency to have my business ever again.

Throughout the process they kept us informed and were able to liaise seamlessly with solicitors and deal with any issues that came up which was a huge help. Have known and dealt with Neil over many years and would highly recommend him and his team for anyone considering buying or selling in the area.

I got 6 valuers to come to my property to value it and Bairstow Eves, Christopher was so professional and warming. He was interested in knowing about the property not just measuring it. He was also interested in me as a person and helping me achieve my goal to move. Then I met Klaensa and I could not have asked for a better selling agent. She is on job, making those phone calls, she keeps me updated and she also works so hard because she cares about her clients. She is the ultimate package of professional, kind, down to earth and informative sales agent and it just goes to show because my property went under offer in 2 weeks and I had 2 offers to pick from. They have achieved my expectations and I will always recommend them. Thank you so much to Klaensa and Chris for all your hard work!

21st Aug 2020 (3 years ago)We worked together just before and then into lock down / covid. A tricky time for all. But these guys were great and got my home sold. Viewings were safe, photos looked great and the marketing leaflets fabulous. My property is on a train-line (a put off for many) and so they briefed people before viewings so I didn’t have too much traffic which helped.

16th Jul 2024 (11 days ago)Honestly, as a tenant in London I have had such horrible experiences with the big name estate agents that I had come to the resigned acceptance that all estate agents were of a similar ilk. However, I cannot stress enough how different of an experience Empire Chase provides. In letting our property Empire Chase has provided a bespoke service with a degree of contact and follow-through that I had believed to be impossible to see. Their service has been impeccable and their rates very competitive - suffice it to say that I am truly glad we were recommended their services.
