12th Oct 2024 (8 mo. ago)It was an unfortunate start and things did go wrong but luckily we eventually sold the house for a reasonable price thanks to lots of help from Savills who stayed with us. It got very stressful at times because of delays etc. Would recommend this company of course.
20th May 2025 (26 days ago)Simone please refund my £50 deducted in error or you will incur solicitor charges. Tenant - end of tenancy June 2024 flagged this with Savillis July 2024 but to date will not return my money. Solicitor engaged.ignoring me won’t help! 20/05/25 my £50 returned yesterday by Savillis who asked me take review down which clearly bothered them most. Tenants - seek legal help, I went to Amin Haque Solicitors on a no win no fee arrangement.

21st Aug 2020 (4 years ago)We worked together just before and then into lock down / covid. A tricky time for all. But these guys were great and got my home sold. Viewings were safe, photos looked great and the marketing leaflets fabulous. My property is on a train-line (a put off for many) and so they briefed people before viewings so I didn’t have too much traffic which helped.

Wendy did what she said she would, found a buyer quickly at a sensible price. This Estate Agents are the ones to go to to sell or buy a house.

Their professionalism, service, attentiveness, responsiveness and attention to detail is more than I ever thought I'd get from them as letting agents. They put in effort with viewings and found a great tenant for my house. I'd advise any landlord going with them. There is a reason why they have the best Google reviews of any lettings agent in Stevenage!
