Ellie was amazing from the start - friendly, proactive and giving regular updates throughout. The whole process was very smooth and only took 2 weeks from viewing the rental to getting the keys. A massive thanks to the whole team in lettings at St Albans branch, starting from viewings done by lovely Paula, property management by David, unreserved help from Vicky, Roni and Nadya all from start to finish! I would highly recommend their services as they are always avaiable to help.
20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Do not recommend. They were ok at beginning of tenancy as they want to make money Ofc. But extremely difficult at end of tenancy. They tried to take my deposit for things I was not responsible for such as a faulty boiler (which I reported months before I handed in my notice). They were aware of this as they provided the inventory. Very difficult and rude admin personnel. Avoid. Avoid.

Open Estates have been very professional from the start and although early days had been a slow market, they have kept communication on a regular bases. Hope to have a completion soon all thanks to the team.
21st Aug 2020 (3 years ago)We worked together just before and then into lock down / covid. A tricky time for all. But these guys were great and got my home sold. Viewings were safe, photos looked great and the marketing leaflets fabulous. My property is on a train-line (a put off for many) and so they briefed people before viewings so I didn’t have too much traffic which helped.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. I purchased my first home with them and they were super helpful throughout the process, bending over backwards to help and inform me of any information I needed during my home purchase. Harry has specifically been a star and has been super patient and positive throughout. Not to mention the very kind bottle of bubbly and cupcakes on completion! Couldn’t recommend more!
