The teams quick turn-around meant we got into our place in time for me to start my new job (which made for a very stressful week). They were on the ball and always happy to help. 12th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)We are delighted with our house purchase in Colwall and with the service from Tom and the team. From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.
15th Feb 2022 (3 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

8th Oct 2023 (1 year ago)Very poor communications, we were always chasing them. They don't seem to know about things like Premium or Featured properties on Rightmove. They are too small and understaffed. You always get the answerphone when calling. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. Heather was very kind and patient with me, answered all my questions (there were lots) and helped me with both selling my house and purchasing my next home. She is so friendly and always ensures that any issues we have are dealt with as soon as possible. I really appreciate that she always checks in after any work in the flat has been done to see if everything has run smoothly and has been sorted. She is everything you want and need from a property manager and I look forward to dealing with her in the future!
