24th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)This agent requires sixteen weeks.There wasn't communication after the contract was signed. The property was on the market, but it was the twelfth week before anyone enquired. Could not locate agents window on the high street. They do not use professional photographers, which was definitely a mistake. The agent works alternate Saturdays, but never informed me beforehand, and suggested I didn't tell him I would be away. Unsure of the question as he did agree to conducting the viewings. One viewer was due to come on a Saturday, but never showed. It's possible she tried to contact,but got no reply. It's the same response I got when I rang twice on that Saturday. He got the keys along with instructions to the alarm, but still managed to set it off. He does not come over too well, and can't say it's the right career choice.

28th Jun 2024 (29 days ago)I can't praise this company enough. I have recently sold my mothers house following her death 12 months ago. Throughout the process, from the first stage of valuation: the marketing of the property: arranging and dealing with the viewings and the exchange of contract, the staff and Mr Perrins have been professional, competent and kept me informed throughout. At a very difficult time they removed all the stress and I felt reassured throughout, that my mums house was in safe hands. I would highly recommend this company and wish Mr. Perrins and the team, the very best for th e future. Thank you to each and every one of you.
11th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)Having filled in an on line request to view a property, then called and spoke to someone, I then emailed to enquire as I hadn’t heard anything about a viewing. NOTHING! Please don’t bother with this company. Appalling customer service
21st May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Utter waste of time!! Will never use this estate agents agen!! Basically do the job for them and pay them! I asked branch manager to sort some issues I had and he didn’t after agreeing and then went on annual leave. I was on holiday and then had emails with ultimatum with deadline due to providing id and proof of address (3rd party who is through Paul Dubberley or recommended through them) end of the day the estate agents sort the sale of my property and these don’t want to do the work behind the scenes!! Lost a customer took keys back and took down immediately! Even another agent who works there freely said themselves that is below par and unacceptable also another issue before had with proof of address which never got sorted regarding uploading id which had to be Live Photos and then tested to see if met standards took ages to complete wasted hours of time as every time the page errored and had to restart! SHAMBLES KEEP CLEAR! Much better out there guys

They were prompt and helpful with their support at the start of the process, and kept me informed and consulted throughout what was a challenging period to be a seller. Particular shout outs to Laura and Tammie, for whom nothing was too much trouble and they were always positive. Would definitely use Your Move again in future.

Green & Co, came out on top. The man responsible for this was, " Shaz " He himself has moved on, the rest of the team are still there. The whole process was an arduous one for us and the team at Greens. A lot of the communications between us and them was done with , " Dee Stratford " She was extremely helpful right up to the exchange of contracts. Well done everyone at Green & Co. 2nd May 2024 (12 weeks ago)Throughout my lifetime, I've never encountered individuals as unprofessional and deceitful as those associated with this company, particularly an agent named Luke. Initially, they assured me that my wage was sufficient for the desired apartment, but after I provided the deposit, they began avoiding my calls, imposing unexpected requirements, and threatening to withhold my deposit despite providing inaccurate information. This ordeal left me feeling deeply distressed and anxious, to the point of tears. Luke's actions were not only misleading and dishonest but also malicious. The entire experience has engendered a profound sense of disappointment and resentment towards both him and the company.

Set up 8 viewings, so I had the choice of tenants and was given great feedback. The photos and marketing video presented the property in its best possible light. A friendly, professional, organised team. Questions and information communicated promptly and effectively.

Aman always on time and they have very friendly staff like lovely Weronika I can say thank you all I am happy with a house with my children because of your help. Richard was worth every penny and I would recommend Gilbert Scott to anyone. We ended up moving house to a completely different area but Richard was on hand regardless of the problem. Whether it was Richards role or not, he would help out in anyway he could and was contactable at all times throughout the day. From the very beginning where Richard took expert photographs of our house right through to moving day, Richard had everything under control and ensured everything ran smoothly. Couldn't think of a single negative, 10/10!
