4th Jan 2025 (11 weeks ago)I was extremely impressed by the service and the professionalism of the staff at Fraser Wood. From the start of the process to the sale of the house, the advice and communication was first class. The sale was dealt with sensitively and I cannot recommend the company enough.
16th Feb 2025 (5 weeks ago)Although Concentric managed to sell my property rather quickly, this had more to do with me accepting about at lesst £10 000 less than market value for the house. As far as I am concerned the house sold itself. I was disappointed with the performance of Concentric in terms of slow replies, and mis - information. Ie not knowing who was supposed to be coming for a viewing. The gentleman that ended up buying my property turned up without an appointment. I once communicated that I would like some photos amended. Concentric sent an agent to the property and he took new photos with a mobile phone. These photos weren't even uploaded to the various housing agencies such as rightmove.
11th Jun 2024 (9 mo. ago)Having filled in an on line request to view a property, then called and spoke to someone, I then emailed to enquire as I hadn’t heard anything about a viewing. NOTHING! Please don’t bother with this company. Appalling customer service
23rd Aug 2024 (6 mo. ago)We have completed on the sale of our house today which has been sold via the Willenhall office of Paul Dubberley. From the first meeting with Keanu, who valued our property & gave us many hints & tips, the service we have received has been impeccable. I received text messages to confirm or cancel appointments & received calls with feedback from the viewers. I must particularly mention Shelby. She was always so ‘on the ball’ & would always get back to you, which is so important. She was always so polite & friendly & after a very stressful day for us yesterday, she sorted & confirmed that our exchange had taken place. Thank you Shelby. I would definitely recommend this company, Well done ????
4th Mar 2025 (18 days ago)Failure to answer the phone. I would like head offices number. As soon as a house is posted I've tried to contact with no luck. It took me a further 5 calls to get any answer. This so called professional didn't even bother replying to my voicemail and online form. I tried mobile and landlines and got a family member to go to the branch. If Acorns head office is reading this please reach out to me. Thanks

4th Mar 2025 (18 days ago)Great service from this branch. My buying process weren't as simple as we had a few obstacles with solicitors but the manager Lee liaised with me and the vendor and they made our dream come true. we own our first home now thanks to these guys. Rajeev
11th Nov 2024 (19 weeks ago)I had the good fortune to pick you move for our recent sale and purchase. The staff were always professionall and readily available to talk to me and help me through the process, they kept me in the loop all the way along to completion. I would highly recommend them.
26th Jan 2025 (8 weeks ago)Some communication issues - asked for call backs on two occasions and did not receive any. Not sure 'mate' is the sort of language one should use when in conversation with a client ? Not sure who was responsible for the on-line marketing ? I think it may have been iamsold? Was promised a Boxing day re-market as this, historically, is a strong day for on-line views - this was not actioned and we had to call to query - this was later sorted on or around the 28th December - some days after the 'strong day' the 26th December 2024 - not sure if there is a disconnect between Bairstows and Iamsold, so this may be disingenuous to Bairstows ? We would still recommend Bairstows Walsall.
28th Oct 2024 (21 weeks ago)Got an incredibly tailored service from Neelam Sharma in the Mortgages department. Walked me through every step of the process as a first time buyer and would regularly check in during the house buying process with updates and cheaper products on offer. She even helped me to negotiate the sale price of the property. Cannot recommend her enough will definitely be referring family and friends to her, and will be returning to her when it comes to finding a new mortgage product. Thank you Neelam for making this whole process so smooth - 10/10 service on your part!

12th Mar 2025 (10 days ago)Managed to ask Belvoir to increase asking price and it worked with offers coming in close and i one case exceeding the value. Also managed to reduce their fees which all helped. Excellent that can be contacted anytime and calls are returned

2nd May 2024 (10 mo. ago)Throughout my lifetime, I've never encountered individuals as unprofessional and deceitful as those associated with this company, particularly an agent named Luke. Initially, they assured me that my wage was sufficient for the desired apartment, but after I provided the deposit, they began avoiding my calls, imposing unexpected requirements, and threatening to withhold my deposit despite providing inaccurate information. This ordeal left me feeling deeply distressed and anxious, to the point of tears. Luke's actions were not only misleading and dishonest but also malicious. The entire experience has engendered a profound sense of disappointment and resentment towards both him and the company.
21st Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Awful experience, they listed a house which I later found out the owner wasn't even ready to sell, the agent in charge of the sale told me the seller was after asking price so I matched this and got all of my paperwork ready for her but after doing so she was constantly making excuses and taking excessive time to respond to anything regarding moving forward with the sale. She initially told me the property in question was rented out at the moment and the tenants were already re housed pending a sale, later I found out this was untrue as she admitted the tenants have not been re housed yet and I have not heard from her since, (Its been over 2 months), not even a sorry for wasting my time or even an explanation as to what happened. To this day the house in question is still listed for sale on their site. If you guys don't want your time wasted then I'd recommend you stay away from this company and look for a property elsewhere.

24th Feb 2025 (26 days ago)So much corruption in this estate agent! We dealt with Michelle Roberts! Who was rude and not helpful at all. We showed interest in a house and placed a bid. We then received an email stating all parties who were interested in the house would need to submit their final and highest bids. I did ask whether we could find out what the highest bid from someone else was so we wouldn’t have to unnecessarily big thousands more. Michelle advised this wasn’t possible. We placed our final bid, and surprise surprise, the other parties bid was higher! But this is here the corruption is, the other parties bid was only £500 more than ours. As the house was well over £350,000 it's very convenient that the other bid was so close to ours. Thus estate agents works off back handers. which stopped us getting the house we wanted. So if you're in a bidding war with this estate agent, you'll have to pay them to get your bid to win! Absolutely disgusting!

4th Mar 2025 (18 days ago)I went in with my dad for the first time the other day. (I'm mixed race and look nothing like my dad). Whilst I appreciate they helped him, they completely ignored me when I spoke - treating me as if I was his "carer" and not a client.
