10th Feb 2025 (7 weeks ago)Shocking .....the admin staff are officious rude and insulting... they hide in the bushes with cameras policing a shared car park like vipers... but this sort of behaviours may be needed in your defthe court room. ???? personally I would use another firm.

The purchase was a tricky one and she went above and beyond to help every step of the way and got us over the line and into our new home! Would definitely recommend them.

Living at a distance we were reliant on them to handle everything, which they did willingly, going the extra mile to provide outstanding service and a great result. We received regular clear communication and recommendations. Staff are all friendly and helpful. We would recommend them highly.

26th Oct 2024 (22 weeks ago)My wife and I had YourMove Perton out to value our property. In the end, we opted to go with Connells. Since our has has been on the market with Connells Wolverhampton, we’ve had several people come to view our house, telling us that the YourMove estate agents in Perton had told them negative and disparaging things about our house - seemingly in an attempt to put people off buying our property - as they have a similarly priced and very comparable property literally around the corner / one street away from ours. The ‘icing on the cake’ is finding out that the lady who was meant to be buying our house has now bought theirs instead - on the same day. When my wife rang up to tell them that three separate people had told us about the comments YourMove Perton had made about our house, we were told that they doubt anyone in their branch would do such a thing - so are they suggesting we are lying? It doesn’t speak very positively about their business and professionalism when they have to insult and criticise other local houses, in a desperate bid to secure a sale on the three bedroom semi of theirs that they are selling. Professionalism is non-existent. Although, it makes it more amusing that after they valued ours, they were practically begging us to list with them! But suddenly, they’re putting off every potential buyer of a three bedroom semi in the Bilbrook/Codsal area of our property. Highly unethical, immoral and unprofessional - you should be ashamed.

Nick was friendly and helpful from the get go without being pushy especially when we said we'd prefer not to have a board outside. As first time sellers not knowing what to expect we found it quite daunting, Nick and Sophie did a great job keeping the communication flowing and making sure we were informed what was happening during the process of the sale. Would definitely recommend 100%

They were totally committed to providing us with up to date information and support when the interests in our home both rose and fell. They gave us realistic advice regarding pricing and promoting of the property and maintained a healthy and robust contact policy with us. At all times the staff were courteous and engaging and supportive up until the point of sale. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bartlams if you wish to ride upon the selling your home merry go round in the near future

Their staff are in the same mould. There was always a friendly voice at the end of the phone to deal with our queries. We found their charge rates to be very competitive.
