It was quite a stressful time but Michelle and Jane especially helped to ease the stress and guide me through the process. I’d definitely recommend SWF for your house sale/purchase

Living at a distance we were reliant on them to handle everything, which they did willingly, going the extra mile to provide outstanding service and a great result. We received regular clear communication and recommendations. Staff are all friendly and helpful. We would recommend them highly.

Josh our internal contact always returns call & keeps you up to date on all aspects. Would highly recommend this office.

There was no hard sell and Nick’s experience of the property market was invaluable during the initial viewing period. Once the offer was accepted, the team worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Nick and Sophie, kept us informed throughout the whole process, communicating with what turned out to be quite a complicated chain. Without their investigative determination we would not have known what was happening. Thanks to their knowledge and guidance, we have completed successfully. Highly recommended! This was an emotional house move but all the staff handled it so sensitively. Although I mainly dealt with Julie who was great, I had dealings with most of the staff at one point or another and they are all wonderful. I have no hesitation in using them for your house sales or purchases. Five star!

They dealt with all viewings without us needing to be present. Calls to their Penkridge office were diverted to their central office, which was slightly frustrating but hasn't detracted overall to our review rating.

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year.
