They provided clear guidance on how to market our property at a realistic price in line with current market conditions and were supportive throughout the selling process. When selling another property, Paul Carr would be the first agents to call.

He is knowledgeable about the local area and the property market, and it is clear that he knows what he is doing. He listens to your concerns and always does his best to find the right solution.<br>John was great in communication and kept me informed every step of the way. He even answered my call while he was on sick leave. He liaised effectively with both solicitors and the buyer, and I always felt that my sale was in the right hands and that he was on top of everything.<br>Everyone had told me to expect a long and stressful process, but with John by my side, it was smooth, straightforward, and much quicker than I expected. I am extremely pleased with his service and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Green's were far better in this respect and generally responded to our messages promptly, with just the odd lapse. Sophie went above and beyond to negotiate the best terms for me and all parties including landlord were happy to exchange. I was also in contact with Joe who assisted with all my enquiries. Very seamless experience that only took 3 weeks from the first viewing.

20th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)Brilliant service. I have been using Opa for buying and selling for 6 years now. I have bought 3 Hands off investments and had great experience rents paid on time & no headache as they promised me. I get amazing rents that I didn’t know were even possible. I have also used them for selling & they were fabulous ! Recommended the investments to my colleagues also who have had similar experiences. Opa are quite different to other agents. They love what they do and are very good at it. I would specifically like to thank Zara she is literally amazing. So knowledgeable, she always wants to help and protect you. She gives very honest advice that guy can 100% trust. Even if there’s a problem. Or a stress during the conveyancing she is there fighting for you and taking the stress away.

Poor communication, lack of transparency, and no sense of responsibility made the whole process frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to sell – they caused more problems than they solved.

17th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
