They were all incredibly responsive and insightful and kept us updated on our house sale from start to finish. As well as being professional and knowledgable about the property market, they were very charming to deal with. We highly recommend them.

Emma looked after us from start to finish and made sure cover was in place if she was away from the office. Emma was a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We were very pleased with the service that we received from Chaffers to find our fourth successive tenant and from Emma in particular. Thank you and well done.

Susie was also fantastic at showing me the house and when I visited again. The whole team were professional and exceptionally helpful the whole way through. I love the house, thank you!

During the final stages of contract exchange and completion, their advice and assistance were invaluable, particularly as I was away from Yeovil at the time, preventing potential delays. They also provided support to my wife in completing necessary documentation. Furthermore, when our mortgage advisor, Helen, required time off, they promptly arranged for Marianna to assist us, which was greatly appreciated.- 15th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)Having James Manley at Connells Sherborne was an absolute privilege. It was my first mortgage as a single applicant and he made every process stress free and easy. His knowledge is impeccable, he always tries to find the right products for his clients and it truly feels personal centred. He went above and beyond and very happy I have him moving forward, he is a credit to Connells. He kept me updated throughout the whole procedure and was always happy to answer my silly questions and made me feel valued. Very very happy.

With all the stress of selling and buying that we all face, Anita was always there to chat through everyrhing, did all the chasing for us, made things so much easier. We also liked the group chat that Anita set up, we were updated constantly. We would highly recommend Anita and her team. We will be using them again to sell my parents property. They made a huge effort to move us into our new home as quickly as possible with a very quick turnaround. Marina also kindly asked her friends in the village to keep and eye out for us and say ‘hello’. Which has been lovely. Couldn’t recommend (and Lodestone) them more highly.

6th Sep 2026 (21 days ago)Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.
