Honestly made a stressful time of selling our house (within 48 hours of going live may I add) as easy as she possibly could. All the staff give a personal touch and that cannot be matched. 24th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)We decided to go down the professional let route, due to the complexity regarding the new laws, some of which is clear as mud! I spoke with Andrew and went in to meet him and Eleanor, both I have to say were totally 'on it'. Really professional approach, this has taken so much stress away from the whole situation. We had a glitch halfway through the process, but it was sorted. If you are looking for a fully managed, stress free professional let, go no further! ??????
20th Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)After being with James pye for 1 and half years and now leaving the property I thought it would be an easy process. Paul was rude when doing the check out process apparently he was too poorly to deal with this and made me feel very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend as I’m not the only tenant that has said this about Paul he’s very hot and cold. They will do anything to not give you your bond back.

Sharon was lovely on valuing our house, photographing, measuring etc. Ruby then took over handling most of the viewing arrangements and dealing with our sale, she was proactive at chasing follow ups and kept in contact with us regularly. We accepted an offer and completed our sale super quickly (within 4 weeks!) with Taylforths help - we can’t thank them enough, 5* service!
