21st Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Communication is woeful. As soon as the contract was signed we heard nothing more other than a few viewings. We were expecting some information as the weeks went on like RightMove metrics, enquiry numbers - nothing. We emailed asking - nothing. We emailed and complained (following their out of date complaints procedure) - nothing. We have resorted to contacting the ombudsman now.<br><br>Steer clear.

We were impressed throughout the process by their level of knowledge, kindness and professionalism. 21st Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)I sold my house for a fixed fee, agreed in advance and it was only on the market for two weeks before a sale was achieved, unfortunately that fell through but the day afterwards I had two more viewings and two offers , one of which I accepted and it is progressing now . The team are lovely , good at communicating and I was pleased with the outcome .

We sold our property within days of the property going live and this was certainly helped by the property description and the 360 degree virtual reality tour. Andrew is highly professional and knowledgeable, plus he is supported by an expert team.
20th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)After being with James pye for 1 and half years and now leaving the property I thought it would be an easy process. Paul was rude when doing the check out process apparently he was too poorly to deal with this and made me feel very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend as I’m not the only tenant that has said this about Paul he’s very hot and cold. They will do anything to not give you your bond back.

17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

As the new kid on the block looking to get a presence in the Crosshills area, he went above and beyond, communicated well at all times and always responded promptly to enquiries. He was professional throughout despite dealing with some tedious characters and slow solicitors. We would thoroughly recommend him and his team.
9th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Really speedy service, found my new home within 2 days of viewing, I'm absolutely over the moon with the service I've received, Thanks Evie and the team....... Edit.... Although my initial experience was excellent my tenancy experience as been awful, Firstly I should have never been given the keys in the first place, the property was not fit to live in, eventually I complained to the council and they sent an inspector up and there were a number of things that needed fixing some were emergency repairs and were deemed dangerous.<br>To this end I found another property and have since moved, another problem is the full notice period is still being insisted upon despite my requests for it to be waived due to the state of the property. That amount of money would be another £1500. SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
