No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.
18th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Very disappointed with our experience with Newton & Co. Poor customer service. Very difficult to get through to people when you really needed to, which created undue stress and frustration. Quite often we had to chase them up to get feedback following viewings.

4th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Just drove 30 miles through traffic to get to meet them as arranged for 5 30 ,my wife drove not quiet as far around 22 miles got there bang on time to meet my wife at the property waited till 5 55 got a text off Lydia to see if I'm still attending the viewing I texted back to say I've been hear since 5 30 as you arranged don't no were to park my wife as had a argument with a resident as we was in her parking space (not a great start ) but there was no one to meet us there to tell us anything anyway it got to just after six and I tried the buzzer on 31 the loom and the guy there was renting and said no one had rang him to arrange a viewing and the place was a bit of a mess so I would have to go back to mai son has
20th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)Zero feedback given you might as welll sell your house yourself .he’s happy to take monry from you and promise the earth but in reality delivers nothing and is rarely present in office to actually markret or respond to queries on your home .
24th Mar 2026 (20 weeks ago)Very disappointed with my experience. I was interested in a property they advertised and made several attempts to arrange a viewing. Over the last 2 months I called around 10 times, but every time I was given unclear information. On my last call, I was told the property had already been sold without anyone informing me earlier. In my experience, the staff were not honest and the communication was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this estate agent and suggest others be careful when dealing with them.

9th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)We had the best experience with Wainwright's from start to finish. I would highly recommend this estate agents. Although when I looked at cost, it was slightly more, the service we received far outweighed the money we paid. We changed to Wainwright's after using another estate agents and I don't regret it. Within a few weeks they had sold our house and the service was impeccable. Every member of staff was dedicated to selling our house. Don't hesitate to use Wainwright's estate agents. Thank you everyone at Wainwright's ??????

4th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)We rented with Belvoir Bolton for close to a year, from the initial viewing, where Charlotte gave us a thorough walkthrough of the property, through to living there, where Will handled day-to-day correspondence and Roger was always quick and efficient with repair queries. A huge thank you to all of you: the service you delivered was by far the best I've experienced, and I've rented through several letting agencies to date.<br><br>A special thank you to Will for his help with the move out process. He even came to the property to help me put up the curtains! And thank you to Roger for always staying on top of repairs and being clear and thorough throughout.<br><br>It was a pleasure to rent with you, and I most certaintly will be doing so again in the future.
