22nd May 2024 (2 years ago)Absolute shocking service which resulting in me losing alot of money. No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.
18th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Very disappointed with our experience with Newton & Co. Poor customer service. Very difficult to get through to people when you really needed to, which created undue stress and frustration. Quite often we had to chase them up to get feedback following viewings.
18th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)I’ve had an excellent experience with Jo at JH lettings. I really appreciate the professional support and clear guidance I've received as a landlord. They've taken over management of my property in a straightforward and stress-free manner. I wish I'd found them sooner!! Communication has been prompt and efficient throughout, and they’ve done a great job liaising with my tenant. It's reassuring to know my property is in safe hands and would highly recommend them to other landlords. Thanks a lot Jo!
4th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Just drove 30 miles through traffic to get to meet them as arranged for 5 30 ,my wife drove not quiet as far around 22 miles got there bang on time to meet my wife at the property waited till 5 55 got a text off Lydia to see if I'm still attending the viewing I texted back to say I've been hear since 5 30 as you arranged don't no were to park my wife as had a argument with a resident as we was in her parking space (not a great start ) but there was no one to meet us there to tell us anything anyway it got to just after six and I tried the buzzer on 31 the loom and the guy there was renting and said no one had rang him to arrange a viewing and the place was a bit of a mess so I would have to go back to mai son has
24th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Very disappointed with my experience. I was interested in a property they advertised and made several attempts to arrange a viewing. Over the last 2 months I called around 10 times, but every time I was given unclear information. On my last call, I was told the property had already been sold without anyone informing me earlier. In my experience, the staff were not honest and the communication was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this estate agent and suggest others be careful when dealing with them.

27th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)Bolton Properties provided a great service at a competitive price, the speed of obtaining a valuation to getting the property to market was excellent, as was the quality of the brochure. The communication throughout was also good. I wouldn't have any hesitation in using them again in the future or recommending to friends.

9th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had the best experience with Wainwright's from start to finish. I would highly recommend this estate agents. Although when I looked at cost, it was slightly more, the service we received far outweighed the money we paid. We changed to Wainwright's after using another estate agents and I don't regret it. Within a few weeks they had sold our house and the service was impeccable. Every member of staff was dedicated to selling our house. Don't hesitate to use Wainwright's estate agents. Thank you everyone at Wainwright's ??????

We switched our listing from another agent and wish we'd gone with Keenans from the start. The team listened to us, acted as we'd requested and it felt very much like they had the best intention for us in mind, and were on our side.<br><br>Our purchase process became quite complicated and drawn out, however, Harry was superb. Patient and understanding, helpful and a phenomenal representative for the business.<br><br>Many thanks to everyone involved with us.<br><br>I would strongly recommend Keenans for anyone looking for a service that cares!
