Despite several challenges over many months, Tom remained positive and kept the dialogue going between us and our prospective buyer. His persistence and professionalism ultimately resulted in a successful sale which, at times, had seemed unlikely.<br>Many thanks to Tom and the team for seeing the sale through, and for helping me find my next home as well.

The process was very well handled by Stevie Worgan who really helped us get the deal completed. Thanks also to the team who showed us round the properties.

Karen has been pivotal in helping us move forward to completion and we are really grateful for the time and expertise this commands. Karen kept in touch with us throughout the process, taking time to check in, even in the absence of any updates, which we really appreciated. 10th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We recently sold our property through Boardwalk Estate Agents, and despite what turned out to be a very challenging and stressful sale, the team worked incredibly hard to get us over the finish line.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Chris Palmer, the Sales Progressor, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the process. The sale was far from straightforward (despite there being no chain) and involved dealing with an extremely difficult solicitor on the buyer's side, which caused numerous delays and frustrations. Through all of this, Chris remained proactive, calm, reassuring and professional.<br><br>What really stood out was his communication. He was always incredibly quick to respond to messages and calls, kept us updated at every stage, and worked tirelessly to keep the sale moving forward when it felt like things might stall again. We were particularly grateful that, due to the urgency of the situation, Chris even took the time to deal with matters during his annual leave.<br><br>This transaction certainly tested everyone's patience and sanity! However, Chris's persistence, dedication and support made a huge difference, and I genuinely don't think the sale would have reached completion without his efforts.<br><br>I'd also like to mention Rhia Lloyd, who was a real pleasure to work with from the outset. She did a great job with the valuation and marketing of the property, and her advice and support helped get things off to a strong start. Although Chris was our main point of contact during the sale progression, Rhia was always happy to help when needed and stepped back in towards the end when things were becoming particularly challenging. We really appreciated her support and the part she played in helping us get the sale over the line.<br><br>Thank you to Chris and Rhia for all your hard work. We are now happily settling into our new life in Brighton, and we're very grateful for everything you did to help make that happen.

As a first-time buyer, there were so many things I wasn’t sure about, but Lee was always incredibly helpful, patient and happy to answer any questions I had.<br><br>He made the mortgage and insurance side of buying a house feel so much less overwhelming and was always quick to respond whenever I needed help or reassurance. I’m so grateful for all of his support from start to finish and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor. Thank you so much Lee! ??????

Matt Lennon at Ocean Estate Agents in Portishead has been exceptional.<br>He is aware of our search criteria and has been incredibly proactive in trying to match us with our needs. He has let us know when houses are coming to market, which we may be interested in, and arranged convenient viewings for us.<br>Matt is very knowledgeable about the areas we are searching in. He is also courteous, professional and polite.<br>Thank you for all your help so far.
3rd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.<br><br>Having had a few less-than-positive experiences with estate agents previously, we were a little nervous about finding a rental in an area we didn’t know at all. Moving from Gloucestershire to Somerset, with a new school and so many other things to organise, felt like a lot to take on.<br>From the moment I spoke with Lisa, however, the whole process was an absolute pleasure. She is incredibly down-to-earth, approachable and responsive. Communication was quick and straightforward, and she made the entire rental process feel remarkably straight forward.<br><br>She also has a really excellent selection of properties, and we are absolutely delighted with the home we’ve ended up renting. It’s exactly what we were hoping to find.<br><br>Moving house is stressful enough without having to battle with an estate agent, so finding someone who was genuinely helpful, friendly and straightforward made such a difference to us. Our experience could not have been more positive, and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lisa to anyone looking for a property.<br><br>A huge thank you — we really appreciate everything you did to make our move to Somerset such a smooth and pleasant experience.

26th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Very disappointing and completely unprofessional experience with Taylors.<br><br>I paid a holding deposit over a month ago and went through an extremely long and stressful process that lasted almost one and a half months. I provided every document they requested and signed the tenancy agreement twice. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly given the impression that I would definitely get the property.<br><br>However, the landlord never signed the agreement. What makes the situation even worse is that, while I was waiting and providing documents, the property was apparently put back on the market through another agency. Eventually, after wasting weeks of my time and causing me unnecessary stress and expense, my application was refused.<br><br>I find it extremely disappointing that Taylors continued dealing with this landlord after the problems that occurred. If they knew the landlord was unwilling or unable to proceed, they should have been honest with me from the beginning instead of allowing me to spend almost six weeks going through referencing, paperwork and signing agreements.<br><br>To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my holding deposit to be returned.<br><br>This has been a huge waste of my time, money and effort. The whole process was handled very poorly, with a serious lack of communication, professionalism and consideration for the customer.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would absolutely NOT recommend Taylors to anyone looking for a property. Think very carefully before using this agency
