Despite several challenges over many months, Tom remained positive and kept the dialogue going between us and our prospective buyer. His persistence and professionalism ultimately resulted in a successful sale which, at times, had seemed unlikely.<br>Many thanks to Tom and the team for seeing the sale through, and for helping me find my next home as well.

We are first time buyers and Kathryn, Eira and Wendy were particularly helpful and kind during this process. Kathryn rang us in advance and made sure we had enough time to survey the house properly and both Eira and Wendy were friendly and no question was too silly. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking to get on the property ladder.

20th Apr 2023 (3 years ago)I can’t thank the Leese and Nagel team enough, professional from start to finish, kept us updated throughout, their knowledge of the local market is second to none as well as finding us the ideal buyers to suit the house of our late Mother. She would be so happy. Leese and Nagel were honest, reliable and friendly while never letting their professionalism down. The whole team were superb. Thank you Rob, Louis and Catherine who we had personal dealings with but I have no doubt the rest of the team would be the same. Massive thank you from me, my brother and sister.
13th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Bad experience here. I have been waiting for the return of deposit since 08/09/2024 (check-out date), at time of writing the date is 04/12/2024. Despite asking for updates and calling, I have not received any response from this agency for 2+ weeks. IMO, there are many other options in Bristol worth trying before Chase Buchanan Downend.

I’m a first time solo buyer, so the house buying process was definitely intimidating to me!<br><br>They were so communicative, and genuinely cared about the seller and I’s needs and wants with the property sale. I felt accommodated for, supported and informed throughout the entire process. From Ben showing me around, to Karen keeping me in the know throughout, the team have smashed it!<br><br>You can tell DW Smith is a family run, caring estate agent just based on how many signs I see around the neighbourhood! If you’re looking for an estate agent, please choose DW Smith ????

All communication was clear and without delay when there was an update or question. My house sold within a week of going on the market at a difficult time in the Bristol housing market, and the sale went through smoothly. Boardwalk are miles ahead of the game in terms of Bristol Estate agents. Couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you to the whole team.

From the very first conversation with Evie and then Jess the team were professional, proactive, and genuinely invested in making the whole process as smooth as possible.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Simon as we had a few issues with our property and we feel Simon went above and beyond, so much so it felt like a friend who wanted to see you succeed. His communication, honest advice, and a calm, reassuring presence at every stage.<br><br>What really stood out was how the whole experience felt. No pushiness, no generic sales talk—just real people who clearly care about doing a great job, constant updates chased things when needed, and made what was a stressful process feel surprisingly straightforward.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. He was willing and flexible in facilitating us to see the properly a few times for a second opinion and to measure up, as well as giving us great local knowledge that was very much appreciated. Rich was fantastic at keeping us informed, and ‘on the ball’ with chasing the solicitors, especially when it all got down to the wire. We were so impressed that we decided to sell through Andrews as well as buy, and his colleagues at the Southville branch were equally as professional and communicative in tying everything together. Would highly recommend! However, whilst Andrews were professional and supportive, we didn't have a great experince with Taylor Rose, who were recommended by Andrews, and would choose a local conveyancer in future.
