Lesley came out and did the initial valuation, I was put at ease from the off and it made it an extremely easy decision for me to put my house on the market with Martin and Co. Once the house had gone on the market Abby took over for the sales progression. This was not an easy sale but Abby kept me well informed throughout and I could not be more grateful to her for all the support and chasing she had to do throughout. I am so happy that I chose Martin and Co. I would absolutely sell my house through Martin and Co again.

16th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Emailed to view a rental property got an email back saying I didn’t make the shortlist to even view it and no reason why. Im well above affordability so can only assume they made a judgement based on my name. Very disappointing

They took the time to understand my needs and offered clear, honest guidance throughout the entire process. Communication was always prompt and reliable, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and dedication to achieving the best possible results. 9th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)We sold our house 3yrs ago we had 3 valuation and Karl tatler was the middle of the valuation so went with them. I specifically asked if I went with them I didnt want a board outside my house and they agreed, the following day a board appeared outside our house, we were out so didnt see it till we came back. I phoned them the very next day to complain & they said they would take it down as I said the damage was done so left it, just shows they do not listen to your wishes.

Great service from start to finish - from making an appointment, viewing property to going through the buying process. Highly recommend buying a house from them.

Loads of local knowledge, professional advice and felt friendly and honest. From first viewing I felt like I was in good hands, right up until completion when they accommodated a last minute viewing before exchange and went over and above to sort keys. Don’t usually get this level of service as a purchaser. Thanks again!

13th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Firstly, for block management I'd give 7 stars if I could - in particular Debs is outstanding, top tier communication, and is on top of all issues, absolutely could not fault Debs and Northwood for this. I also use Northwood for managed tenancy, and would love to give 5 stars, as in most areas they have been brilliant, but are occasionally let down by timely communication and follow up, which can be frustrating. Overall though, they are much better than any other agents we have used, and would personally recommend them.

27th Mar 2026 (30 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

She was incredibly helpful, guiding us every step of the way and making what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Yasmin was always quick to respond to emails, often replying almost immediately and providing clear, helpful feedback. Whenever we had a request, she handled it promptly and did her very best to ensure everything was sorted efficiently. Her dedication really showed as she supported us through all the referencing and checks right up until the keys were handed over. She was consistently friendly, approachable, and professional, which made the whole journey much easier and far less stressful for us. We’re very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone going through the process.
