28th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Husband rang about a rental property as our landlord is selling, said just apply on Rightmove and she'll book us in for a viewing ASAP. He did so got a email back within half an hour saying all viewings where booked up, and they'll be in touch,this happened with 3 different properties, and it certainly wasn't over affordability as we earn offer their targeted yearly income to rent. These properties have also been on a couple of months even reduced so it doesn't make sense. Feel sorry for the landlords paying them to find renters

From the first time I booked a viewing (I viewed quite a few, too!) to completion, every person I spoke to was so helpful. Kept informed of everything throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Natalie then handled the rest of the process and made everything straightforward and efficient. Communication was excellent throughout, and whenever we had questions or needed clarification, we received clear and helpful responses.<br><br>The whole process moved very smoothly, and we really appreciated how quickly everything was organised and how well we were kept informed along the way.<br><br>A big thank you to James, Natalie and the Belvoir Prescot team. We’re very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them!

They are very professional, they respond to emails and inquiries quickly and offer a very personal service. They also ensure that any repairs are addressed as soon as possible. They are a pleasure to deal with!
