We couldn’t have asked for more from our agent. We are are delighted with the service, it feels as if everyone in the office knows who you are. The contact is regular with speedy replies via email. The pictures that sold our were beautiful. Its an absolute 10/10 as companies go.

I understand that with the current pandemic that companies are trying there best but Harper & Woods have failed to be professional, courteous and treat people with respect. My Son was looking for his first flat and arranged a viewing on a flat in Martins Lane with Harper & Woods. The morning of the viewing we checked online to look at the pictures again and noticed that the property was Let. We then tried to contact Harper & Woods to find out what was going on but couldn't contact them via telephone or email. I managed to contact them through Facebook and yes the Flat had already been Let. He had booked a day off work for the viewing and if they had contacted him he could've cancelled his holiday.
One week later my son viewed another property with Harper & Woods, he didn't like the 2 bedroom flat and was shown a one bedroom flat in the same building which he loved. He told them there and then that he wanted to apply for it and was emailed the application form, he filled this in and emailed it back to them the same day.
One week later no contact from Harper & Woods regarding his application so i rang them to find out where it was up to. I was informed that the flat had been Let, so again they had let him down and had not even contacted him to let him know he was unsuccessful. I asked to speak to the Manager but she wasn't available so i asked for her to ring me, guess what. No phone call, communication is everything and try treating people how you would like to be treated.
