From the very beginning, the team was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Buying a house can be a stressful process, but they made everything much smoother with their excellent communication and support throughout. A special thank you to Caroline, who went above and beyond to assist us at every stage. Her dedication, patience, and prompt responses kept us informed and reassured throughout the purchase. 1st Jul 2026 (12 weeks ago)We would recommend Percival's to anyone needing property management or to sell a property. Georgina and team manage 2 properties for us and we recently decided to sell one of them following the end of one of the tenancies. Georgina was extremely helpful in guiding us on how best to prepare for the sale and then actively managed all aspects of the process leading to a successful sale at the price we sought to first time buyers. While the property was empty and prior to the sale the hot water tank burst which was only apparent when the water company alerted us to unusual water consumption. Not living locally Georgina offered to drop by and investigate on our behalf to find that not only had the tank burst but the water was in danger of causing a fire with the electrics. The team drained the system and made safe before arranging for repairs to the plumbing and the electrics to be safety checked. We are hugely appreciative of all the service we receive from the Percival's team who constantly go above and beyond and would recommend them to anyone seeking a property agent in the area.

3rd Sep 2026 (17 days ago)The Trials and Tribulations of buying a house ! ?????? Like all house buying, it started with a viewing. Paul came to Sudbury from Ipswich and showed us around the property. It had laid empty for around 3 years, probate and a couple of false " start stops" with various interested parties had left the sellers baffled as to why it hadn't sold. Paul was straight talking and showed the Good, the Bad and the Ugly, which really didn't phase us, I am fortunate to have some friends in the building trade and they provide some helpful guidance. It then got to the finger pointing, bun fighting, and at times comical and childish behaviour of the solicitors. I do trust that at some point in time AI replaces these butt wipes and makes it an easier transaction for house buyers / sellers. In the mean time Paul (Countywide) did a good job of pushing and pulling information to and fro and by some miracle we exchanged contracts and completed the sale in around 6 months. So thanks to Paul and the team at Countywide Estate agents, we ended up with the house of our dreams, a little weary and stressed, and in agreement this is it, we are NEVER moving again.

3rd Sep 2026 (17 days ago)Great experience with this company, Danny was great during the process of selling the property and towards the end Debbie was absolutely fantastic at chasing up and getting everything moving to get us to the point of exchange and agreed completion/move date. Without Debbie’s input I believe we would still be chasing up everyone on the chain and solicitors etc, but she did most of the hard work there and kept me informed throughout.
