From the moment of contact, Danny was reassuring, supportive and confident that he would help us secure a buyer for our property which he did quickly. He has fanastic knowledge of the market and strategy for both selling and buying property. After securing a buyer for our property, Danny went on to provide us with key advice and support in the negotiation of our new property. We are thrilled with the result, and so grateful to Danny and John Alexander. We felt that they always had our best interests at heart. We couldn't recommend them high enough. Thank you!

I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. While they were always acting on behalf of their client, the vendor, they went above and beyond to help with ironing out the various issues that arose during the process - Ro was always contactable and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend Jackson-Stops to anyone else.
11th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)At the start, our experience with Saxons was fine. They communicated well with us and regularly asked us for documents and information, which we provided. However, since paying the holding fee, the communication has completely changed. Over the last month, we have repeatedly tried contacting them by email and phone with normal questions, but have been ignored. I have emailed over five times and still haven’t received a response. The person we were originally dealing with is also no longer available on WhatsApp, so we have been left unsure who we can actually contact. We have all signed our rental contracts, yet our portal still says, “We cannot take payment until all parties have signed the rental contract.” We have contacted Saxons about this and still haven’t received a response or explanation. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because communication was good at the beginning. Unfortunately, recently it feels like they want nothing to do with us, which is extremely frustrating and disappointing

I was looking for a property after a relationship breakdown and their service has been personable, reliable and they absolutely pushed for the property to be ready as soon as possible for my tight time frames. They really buck the trend of the stereotypical estate agent - we felt well informed and that they were transparent throughout the process. Most importantly, we never felt under pressure to buy unlike our uncomfortable experience with some other national agents. We would highly recommend if you're looking for an agent in the area - they're an absolute pleasure to deal with.

She explained every step clearly, patiently, and without jargon — making the whole process feel manageable and even exciting.<br><br>Sarah was always on hand to reassure me, kept me updated at every stage, and went above and beyond to answer every single question — no matter how small. She is warm, kind, professional, and genuinely cares about getting things right.<br><br>I honestly couldn’t have asked for better support. If you’re buying your first home, Sarah is the person you want by your side. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care. Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised. Having used another agency for a separate property sale, we can confidently say that Fenn Wright stands out as the best. They were transparent about the process and Karen would always make time to speak to me when I needed to chat. The team at Grace also ensured I was able to get quick viewings at the property when requested. Both Karen and Lewis were very friendly and open, and I appreciate the time they gave me throughout the process.

2nd Sep 2026 (18 days ago)Honestly the worst company anyone could go through, little man johnny boy tricker think he’s so brilliant puffing his chest out in front of my kids and partner (a female) while I wasn’t there, raising his voice and pointing his fingers (which we have video evidence), making my two young kids scared and cry! Very unprofessional we put through many complaints about the house and they just checked the jobs off as completed but never even came to do nothing! Then to top it all off he’s now trying to take most of the deposit through “carpet cleaning” which he’s well known for by the looks of things! I wouldn’t trust him with your personal data either because he happily gave us the actual home owners full name and address! We was paying for a 3 bed house for over 6months when environmental health claimed that one bedrooms was unliveable with all the damp and black mould but once again keystones and little man tricker done so little to help out and didn’t care one bit! We left the house and 4 days later it was up to rent, so nothings been fixed!!

15th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We chose Oakheart as we liked our negotiator Freddie .<br>Unfortunately he moved branches .<br>Un experienced agents doing the viewings .<br>Boards going up , boards going down !<br>Saw out our contract. Ask for property to be removed from Rightmove , this took 4 days with a reminder .<br>Two weeks later and being off market the board is still up .<br>Lots of apologies from the office ! For several reasons .<br>Best thing about Oakheart is their branding !Harris and Wood - Chesterwell
