9th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Huge thank you to Callum and the team at Broadstairs for making the stressful experience of buying my first home a lot smoother than it otherwise would have been, I received excellent communication and was always greeted with a smile in the office. It can be hard to find the experience of paying for a service where people actually care about getting the job done and making it feel worth the time and money but this was one of those rare few. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property.

26th May 2026 (28 days ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

29th May 2026 (25 days ago)I had a pleasure of dealing with Honey when finding a rental property in Ramsgate. She went beyond expextations from start to finish, includind taking accurate measurements of the lounge and the bedroom-including door widths! This helped me plan fitting my furniture. As I had my delivery around 9.30am in the morning of my moving day, she brought the keys by walking from the office. I can fully endorse Honey and look forward to working with her again as a tenant or a landlord. Thank you Honey and Mann Countrywide!

They were always helpful, communicative and professional. I will miss our chats .. but Sally probably won’t miss my stress calls!! Thank you all for everything, we really appreciate you all?????? What a truly wonderful experience selling my home with Wards Broadstairs in only 4 weeks! Billy , Lucy and the team have been so efficient , communicative and helpful from day one. This is a young team but they are truly keen and want to sell your property… a much better experience than I had with other agents in the town two years ago. 29th May 2026 (25 days ago)We have just exchanged contracts on a house marketed by Strutt & Parker, and Aaron Turner has been a delight to work with. Although he was acting for the vendor, he invested more time and energy in keeping our purchase moving than our own estate agents did with our sales. He is calm, measured, experienced, proactive, and an excellent communicator. When my partner’s sale fell through and we had to pull out of the chain temporarily, Aaron was pragmatic and constructive about helping to get things moving again quickly. Since then, he has worked hard behind the scenes to keep momentum going. Having dealt with mediocre and poor estate agents in the past, Aaron — and by extension Strutt & Parker — stands out as the best we have experienced.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

10th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)I contacted Russell at first on looking at reviews . I had been with other agents for over a year without success . Within a week of signing up with Russell I had 4 viewings , one of which made an offer which resulted in an exchage of contracts in February 2026. It has been a bit of a long route due to my not finding a property but we got there in the end due to great service from Russell himself, Jenny and our progresser Kirsty who was on the case all the time. You will not go wrong with Russell , he is honest, straightforward, always available and goes that extra mile as do all of the team.

From the offer we had in September to our move in January, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. They were both professional and helpful in all aspects and kept us updated on a regular basis. Many thanks John and Paul for reducing our stress levels during this time.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
