Callum was relentlessly cheerful, professional and supportive throughout the entire process. He kept my sister and me regularly updated, chased progress when needed, and acted as an excellent liaison with the legal teams, taking much of the stress away from us.<br><br>Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and even when things became frustrating, Callum remained positive, approachable and reassuring. His communication was outstanding, and we always felt that he genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Your Move Broadstairs to anyone buying or selling a property. Excellent customer service, great communication, and a real commitment to their clients. Thank you, Callum and the whole team!
18th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)Difficult to be sure but we have the impression that the house was shown to viewers with, we guess, not much effort at selling. Feedback on viewings had to be extracted by phone call and was usually minimal. Lots of viewings but not a single offer!
26th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

9th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Update-on viewing a different property recently Liam apologised for the missed viewing. He then made himself immediately available to show me the property I wanted to see in Jan 26 and 4 others in the same block even through this was not booked and he was pushed for time. I hope we can both now put this incident behind us and move on.<br><br>I traveled 225 miles to view and Liam didn’t turn up. I called their office, left a voice mail and they didn’t return my call even though the office was open because I passed later in the day and popped in. The lady did apologise but insinuated it was my fault because I booked the viewing approx. 4 weeks earlier. Still no call from Liam to this day.

Unfortunately we didn’t secure a sale but I honestly don’t believe this was because of the estate agents, just bad timing. Would I use Kent’s again? Yes I would!

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.
21st Jul 2026 (20 days ago)We had such a great experience with Woodward and Bishopp even though we went through all the ups and downs of a difficult market. The whole team are so friendly, approachable and straightforward that they take some of the challenge out of the process. The staff are transparent about whats happening - and despite being great at marketing they dont spin you any annoying yarns! They are the estate agents you would wish for!!

I was impressed by the research carried out beforehand, as well as the supportive and honest dialogue during the meeting.The Broadstairs branch are so helpful and informative.<br><br>I would highly recommend Cooke & Co without reservation.

10th Feb 2026 (5 mo. ago)I contacted Russell at first on looking at reviews . I had been with other agents for over a year without success . Within a week of signing up with Russell I had 4 viewings , one of which made an offer which resulted in an exchage of contracts in February 2026. It has been a bit of a long route due to my not finding a property but we got there in the end due to great service from Russell himself, Jenny and our progresser Kirsty who was on the case all the time. You will not go wrong with Russell , he is honest, straightforward, always available and goes that extra mile as do all of the team.

Both Paul and John-Paul were so patient and happy to answer any questions I had (and I had a lot!)<br><br>I can't recommend them enough if you're looking to buy or sell your property. Thank you both for making my first house buying experience such a good one!

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
